The Zign Hotel

Facing the sea and quiet area.

Since it was during the coronavirus outbreak, the businesses have been slow and perhaps contributed to the staff morale with layoffs. They were not particularly enthusiastic and professional when receiving us at the lobby. They were saving electricity too

Location

Not clean in room and out of room, The room is not soundproof, dark hallway, The carpet in the elevator smelled musty, there wasn't much meat and no seafood.

The cost

Cleanliness, food choices, beach and pool not good, villa far from beach

You could rent motorcycle from then with ease.

The lights on the pathway walking passs the reception is not enough or turned off so it could be rather dark when there is no moon light.

The villas were spacious and very comfortable

The staff could be a little more polite and understand English

The beach and pool

Language problem and sometimes the internet and small appliances did not work. Customer service is lacking g to some extent and the language barrier can pose an issue.

The villa location is a 5 minute walk to the beach. The villa itself itself is nice. Beds are comfortable. The beach is pretty. They have a pink beach! It’s super cute. The breakfast buffet was awesome.

It’s clean but there were some a hair or two in the bathroom.

Hotel has private beach and breakfast is variety of food

Old style decoration and a little bit expensive. When we check out staff at the counter told us forgot bottle of water and ask us walk up to the room. When we arrived the room no bottle of water, so we call back to counter. Lady said sorry , misunderstood with other room ?

Pool was amazing and kids loved it

It's a good and clean place to stay at nights and go sightseeing at daytime. No activities for kids, but it is ok according to the price. If you need a cozy, nice, clean room to stay at nights, it is fine. Beach cafe is also nice. The sea is not clean, impossible to swim. Breakfast is nice. The truth of sanctuary is just next to it!

I liked the pool

Great room, awesome view, huge breakfast variety. Great location

The beds and pillows were ridiculously hard. Like sleeping on concrete. I had to fold my quilt in half to lay on. Definitely needs major improvement here.

Room was spacious

Loud music from the conference room outside the hotel (we were on the 9th floor). Sink in the bathroom didn’t drain very well. The bed was hard which made it uncomfortable

Location was very good and very much apreciated hotel private beach.

Program for Silvester night was quite poor. We reccomend next time to have band playing more international songs.

Perfect tropical ambience. well maintained property. Aesthetic Villa's Pool could use a Jacuzzi. There was an incident where my kids needed help with the bathtub, the assitance was immediate and very polite person.

Language barrier at the reception is a hindrance to communicate well with staff or look for tour options.

Super nice hotel. Large rooms. Great sea view. Amazing breakfast and pools. All in all excellent. Highly recommended.

The only inconvenience was that the sea in front of the hotel is very dirty. They should install some nets to clear the waters so bathing in the sea can also be done. But still, an amazing hotel.
