- Nothing as such. One of the lady staff on 27th evening was quite fussy about some house keeping stuff and this was without looking at we being a customer. Because of that we hardly used the complimentary items and Infact returned some of them..This incident made our stay very uncomfortable which I had never experienced in my tenure, while travelling across. We would never prefer or recommend for stay in this Hotel in Pattaya Some of the staff were very courteous and appreciate their service

It’s a little bit dated, but it’s clean and do well located.

1) they give us a room which is not at booking at all, without tiles. Side Sea view from the other side, and they tell you that we only have this.2) loud music until 6 am in the morning. Difficult to sleep3) Can't check in before, even after 12 hour flight, without sleep, you can there one hour earlier and they are very strict, no you can't.
Been visiting the same hotel since 2015 and this is the only time they wouldnt let me check in early. Waited in reception 5 hours for my room to be ready.
