Best Bella Pattaya Hotel

That it felt like a proper hotel, with swimming pool, sauna, quiet.

Unfortunately the guy in the room was talking asleep. I know it is not the hostel's fault but I think having some more privacy like curtains and earplugs available would have made it perfect.

The staff were very helpful the hot water

Could not purchase beer when the restaurant was closed.

Too far from from transportation. Have to walk out. Safe box had no lock. A pad lock has modified. Staff had angry face

Location is close to the beach and events and the room is clean and decent. Staffs are friendly.

The gym equipment like the treadmill was old and was making loud noises because it needs replacement parts to function properly.

Location and staff

The internet is horrible. They have a miserable setup.

Wonderful location . Very friendly and helpful staff . Best stay for the price that there is in Pattaya , hands down

All great !

Pool and closest beach Wong Amat, which is a hidden gem. Staff try their best to help

Be prepared to have a stranger as a roommate. All the sockets are to one side, no extension cord available. Dryer doesn't work.

Location

Receptionist not helpful, uncaring with guests, show no friendly interest

A very nice place to stay. All staff were extremely helpful with any enquiries I had. Clean and comfortable and I would stay again.

The shower area needed to have hooks, to hang clothes and towel. At the dormitory, there should be a quiet time from 10pm to 7am. There should be more plugs in the rooms.

A hotel on the more basic side but the room was spacious and had most things you needed, including a large size fridge. varied breakfast food options

The shower faulty in my room (leaking from the attachment to the hose)

It’s location

Overall would say this is a 2/3* . In need of a complete refurbishment. The steam room and sauna are out of action. The pool has broken tiles left to the side which is dangerousness.I booked and had confirmed a ground floor room which I didn’t get. Staff unhelpful. Asked for room service from the menu in the room told no room service . I left 6 days early and wasn’t offered any recompense

Forgettable

The Hotel AC was non functional and the guy at the reception just kept denying it . He took another 30 minutes just to return the security deposit I paid. Never visit this hotel

Property had fitness facility, a pool long enough to swim laps, it was quiet in the dormitory section, also had sauna and steam room

Only one station on the Universal weight set worked. The treadmill did not work. But there were enough functional equipment to give me a good workout. Sauna nor the steam room were hot enough. But the steam room was better. Breakfast was ฿300 for, I think a buffet. I wish they had a less expensive continental breakfast.

The pool.

No microwave. I option for breakfast. There is nothing between the beds so you can see as somebody sleeping beside of you . You can’t hang out your clothes. Whole place is a bit out day.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is brilliant. Good value for money.

I feel like they could certainly invest in their gym facility. It needs new flooring and new machines and floor mats.

The room was good. Very convenient location near Terminal 21. Walking distance to Beach Road.Terminal 21 has amazing food court at very reasonable price. Few minutes walk from the hotel.Indian food lovers the restaurant Saravanabawan on Saisong road via Soi 10. Money exchange many around dow Beach Road.Night life lovers ? Walking street at the end of Beach Road, Bhat Bus service is available for 10Bhat from one end to other end of Beach Road. Overall, the best hotel with awesome staff. I would like to thank and appreciate the amazing front desk staff.

Great hotel just out of the madness, quite at night. Clean and tidy, big room with tea and coffee making.

I liked it all would stop again.

They made us feel welcome. Bed was nice and clean, bathroom was good.View from the room (with a sea view) was good alsoGood location which was at the at the top end of Pattaya, so not far from the beach. Has a pool and gym also.

Was a bit dated but it was still good

It’s spacious, with a chill balcony, I really love the wheel chair, it matched perfectly with my back, giving me a relaxing feeling. Very close to Terminal 21

The Wi-Fi was down, the place looked old-fashioned, and the staff weren't very nice
