The staff member who answered my call was rude, showed no service mindset, and refused to assist me properly. She did not even check availability and made me feel judged, implying that I would not be able to afford the jacuzzi room.Before making my reservation, I called the hotel to confirm availability. She initially told me there were no rooms available and refused to accommodate me. When I mentioned that I could see availability on Booking.com, she then said that only the jacuzzi room was available and emphasized that it was very expensive, which was inappropriate.I asked about another room type that appeared available online, and only then did she say that the previous guest had just checked out. This inconsistency was confusing and unprofessional.I called simply to confirm availability before booking, but based on this experience, I would not recommend calling the hotel, as this staff member refused to assist potential guests. However, during my actual stay, all other staff members were polite and helpful.

The Employees were amazing. The hotel is new. Breakfast is very good quality. They were very attentive and responsive. The area has everything, from local to international. 2 or 3 bars right there and the beach is 2 minutes walk.

We had to change rooms because the hot water wasn’t hot enough for us but maybe we just like it really hot The water did improve in the following days in the new room. Maybe extend breakfast to 11? It’s a party city ?. I didn’t come with my kids, but they could create something more attractive for the children that doesn’t require a big investment , since they do feature a Kids area.

Location, unit size

4 stars hotel however in unit there is no tooth brush and toothpaste. Some units are noisy side, i would say some parts need to be renovated such as windows and bathroom

Overall the hotel was pretty nice, and the breakfast was pretty decent.

When I sat on the bed, it felt extra stiff, so we asked the staff to provide us with a mattress pad to help soften it a bit. When the guy came in to install the pad, he pulled away the sheets to reveal that there was no mattress at all, the bed was only a box spring! No wonder it was so stiff!! When I complained and asked for another room, they did move us, but seriously?? What a pain in the ass, and the back!

Breakfast was very decent. Pool needed a bit of maintenance which it was getting during our stay so that should help.

Our room had a slight musty smell, not bad but noticeable upon entering room.

Hotel with solid 8/10 points. Two pools were ok (but could be a bit bigger). Breakfast was more local than continental but still fine, only instant coffee with milk powder was little disappointment. Spacious (compared to most European hotels) and clean rooms with balcony and coffee/tea maker and fridge for cooling your drinks.Bonus that they could check-in before official time.

The bathroom drain had a slight odor the first time it was used, but there has been no smell since then.

Beautiful property in a great location. The pool ambiance was nice.

The food wasnt as great…. I had green curry, pizza and ceasar salad.

First arrive have to call the reception to enter the car parking.

I booked here because we needed a secure car park in a location that was convenient the beach and the restaurants and bars of Jomtien. We stayed in the newer wing. The room was spacious. the bed was comfortable. Good air-con. All staff were polite and friendly. Breakfast was very good.

Located next to Thai Immigration Office so traffic in front of the hotel during business hours can be annoyed even for walking.

The staff is always on point. From the checkin to the cleaning. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating.

The old building needs to be refurbished. Although very clean, everything is now dated. I still prefer the older building because of the kitchenette style rooms.

Clean and for the value. The free breakfast is top quality. It is fresh and plenty of choices to start the day off right.

All good for the price! The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The pool was great — our small kids really enjoyed it. Breakfast had a good variety, including Thai dishes, an egg station, noodles, salad, sausage, bread, juice, and coffee. The hotel is within walking distance to the beach. You’ll also get a real feel of Pattaya’s local streets and lively atmosphere. Overall, great value for money. Would definitely come back!

Good location. Clean. Nice pool. Good buffet breakfast. Jacuzzi tub. The room was spacious. Checkin was quick. Had coffee machine and coffee capsules provided.

I was surprised about 1000 Baht Cash deposit (can’t use credit card). The only place to sit was on the bed or at the desk. Not comfortable for relaxing. A small couch or chairs to relax would have been nice. Would have been nice to include a bath-bomb with the jacuzzi tub room (small nicety)
