Best Beach Villa

The location was great. Beach and convenient store close by.

No microwave, hair dryer, and coffee maker. The hotel should have had at least instant coffee. Some noise pollution. good to stay for only a night, not more than that.

Location

Hotel had lots of bugs

Good location

Staff is very uncooperative! Price are high compared to similar property.

Great location. Friendly staff. Sauan and pool were amazing.

Everything was satisfactory

Worst

Poor Management & Rude Staff. No secure room. Unfair fines. AC was dripping like rain fall but not fixed. Lack of room services

Staff were super helpful and friendly, my room is always cleaned wherever im back.

Unfortunately the bed wasn't comfortable.

3rd stay in 18 months..staff very helpful and friendly

Hotel neat and clean and secured aswell. Services are good. Recommended.

I have booked for 4 nights and I have check out in 3 nights. No refund happend for the leftover one day.

Stayed before. Good staff, travel desk . Close to beach, transport and all amenities(shops etc).

The personnel was helpful, and the cleaning team was efficient and diligent. The room was always clean. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioner worked properly in "silent" mode at night.

The rooms were a bit old. It is mainly cosmetic, but for the price it was ok.

Hotel with stunning sea views, just a short walk to the beach, and a private pool. The rooms were clean, and overall it was a good stay.

While the beds weren’t very comfortable, the price and location were excellent.

Was big roomNot bad bit dated but in good wayFor location

Good

Good location. It's really close to Soi 6, where lots of the bar scenes.also lots of nice restaurants around.Big plus 3 minutes walk to the beach front Shopping mall terminal 21 only take 10 minutes walk. Great sauna brand new, just renovated.Nice swimming pool(0700-1900)The bathtub was great hot water great water pressure. The staff was super nice and helpful.

Although It is so close to everything you will hear a lot of noise from concerts in every direction during the festival time like Song kran and New year. I do recommend stay away from this area if you want peace and quiet time. With everything else, this hotel is perfect for the Pattaya beach holiday. The view is blocked seeing others room of the other hotel.Little privacy but that came with busy time and vacancy of the hotel. Make sure you asking for better view.

Location was excellent and so is the view

No food available to order at the pool or room service Poor facility at the pool and no life guard Sometimes no pool towels

The rooms and facilities are very good. The staff are all friendly, the breakfast is also very good.

room was great, A/C works good, nice pool great location. friendly staff food fun and beack all close to hotel

Amenities were ok, quiet, walking distance from the beach, nice pool and gym (small but equipped). Housekeeping changes the towels every day.

Bathroom was in need of a bit of work but it served the purpose

Very comfortable bedRooms cleaned dailySpacious roomCommon areas cleanHad liftBalcony with view. Room 504Kind and professional staffIf something is wrong, or you need something, it is sorted straight away.We didn't eat here, so can't comment on the food.

Synthetic beddingPillows too high, too hardDidn't see pool get cleaned in 8 days, so I didn't use, however it looked clean and others did use it. ( I've just had a bad experience with a pool from another hotel previously, so I am very fussy.)This being said I would definitely come back as the bed was comfortable and location and staff excellent and a good standard of cleanliness in the rooms.
