Location is great and access is easy from the beach road or second road (except when delivery trucks are blocking and unloading, needs to be addressed) Staff very friendly, except breakfast room (surly)

A little bit of update would make the rooms perfect

The hotel is technically beach side, and in between where a lot of people want to be. I liked the pool and the restaurant. really awesome market restaurant next to the hotel

This hotel is long and skinny, it covers an entire block. So if you get the basic rooms, it is still a 4 minute walk to the beach, If you get an upgraded room, your are a 8 minute walk to the beach.

Best value for best location. Just beside Hard Rock Cafe and street food market and right in front of the beach. Is walking distance. Most of the guest looks traveling with peach too. Morning breakfast is good price too

The room is old and some facilities like aircon is old and noisy.

No safety deposit box in the room. They are in the reception with the times you can access the box and when you can't.

The staff were very helpfull and the room was cleaned every day with fresh bedding and fresh towels daily !

The location is very good. Swimmingpool is great. Rooms are a bit outdated, but still enough for what you pay for.

Although it's on the beach as they say, expect some walking. This property is narrow but very long. From the beachroad all the way to second road. At the property there are several buildings. If you're unlucky, you room is next to the reception and second road.

All staff were friendly, accommadating and professional. The location of the hotel is convenient for travel in any direction. Rooms are comfortable and clean, and the food from the restaurant was perfect.

There is lots not to like safety and security sticks out the most. The fire door was locked in the evenings so was really put in a very dangerous situation if a fire was to break out, there was no escape.

Nothing, it was an old dilapidated, living in the past hotel.

Everything from the attitude of the male receptionist to the actual room. Room was right next to the main road so no sleep with traffic noise. Rooms air con was faulty so was sweating just being in the room. No lift so had to carry bags up the stairs. guard on the gate was very polite and helpful. Thats about the only good thing I could say about this outdated, overpriced at 980bht a night, Worth more like 400 baht. Felt like I was in a cheap Charlie hostel but with my own room. Would never stay here again

The location on the beach, the pool was excellent, staff were welcoming.

Bed was way too hard. The tile floor was more comfortable. There was no security box in the room. Safety box at reception but no 24hr access

The swimming pool was great.

The Wi-Fi wasn’t good and we could hear the ladies living the room in the middle of the night. The walls had poor insulation. The breakfast was ok.

ideal location for beach, short walk to to restaurants and bars, All the staff including gardeners and maintenance staff were always happy and helpful, great food and 2 really good swimming pools I cannot fault the place

The location of the property for me was outstanding, close to the hard rock cafe with its live bands, close to the beach in fact right across the road from the beach. Jump on the 10 bht bus And you’re in walking street within a few minutes. Lots of restaurants and everything you need nearby.
