The Jomtien Twelve

Location, helpful staff, price/value, almost all lighting & bathroom plumbing looked modern & brand new.

No pool, internet frequently not accessible, bed was dated & uncomfortable.

Large LG tv in room with HDMI. Fridge and WIFI good. Nice location right on beach.

A/C worked correctly about half the time. Other times it would blow warm humid air into room. Unable to resolve with staff. Cleanliness and beds also not great for this price range.

Wasn't so clean... unfortunately and too noises! There are too many shouting on bar areas... too noises from the street as room on 1st floor

The location is great. Lots of restaurants and attractions nearby. The room was a good size. The decor of the bathroom (ceramic tiling) was nice.

The staff was uninterested in any service when we checked in. It was almost as if we woke him from a nap when we arrived. The room was damp. Everything felt ... damp. The aircon was fine, but it never really dried things out in the room. The bed is an old spring mattress, and was not comfortable. The pillows must've been stuffed with sand, as they were heavy and hard. There were mosquitoes in the room, including a dead one squashed on the bathroom wall. The extractor fan was falling out of the bathroom ceiling, and the shower door was corroded at the base (causing it to get stuck when my husband was in the shower). The furniture in the room was fine. Old, but functional . Honestly, I had high hopes for Jomtien 12, based on how it looks from the front. We have a place nearby, and wanted to be able to host friends at the Jomtien 12 when they visit. We will not be recommending this hotel, and will find another for when friends come to town.

Location next to the Beach, short walk to the Chinese and Jontiem night markets, on a baht bus route, organised taxi to airport, friendly staff!

At breakfast they need to be quicker at restocking fresh fruit, make better use of front of hotel

Close to Jomtien Beach but far to everything else. but they were nice and it worked well still. Open 24 hrs.

The people who claim the room were great they were excellent

The people who checked you in at the front desk for terrible but Wi-Fi every night at 9:30 went out during the daytime it was intermittent the lady who was I guess was the boss always wanted to interject herself into whatever was conversation that was going on they wanted to charge you for having one of the front rooms extra I will never stay there again this was my second time staying there first time they said the Wi-Fi was being replaced this time the Wi-Fi was just as bad as it was the first time I stayed there

Not a lot, bad vibe from the start

No hot water, rooms were very dull not like the pictures, window opened up to a massage shop literally about 8ft from the window, tv had probably 6 channels non English....I didn't actually stay the night I left not long after check in .

Right at the beachfront. Great view from the private balcony. Super friendly staffs

Amazing staff and support . I injured my leg in bike accident and they helped out so much during my unfortunate injury on vacation while I wasn’t able to walk on my own for my entire stay . Life savers

The location is good because it’s right opposite Jomtien’s beach but that was the only good thing about this place

The property is quite old and not very convenient, it does have weird smell, the elevator isn’t big and in my opinion it’s not the greatest in terms of safety.The air conditioner was not cold

I tend to stay here when I am in Jomtien, which is approximately once every 3 months.The Hotel was "tired" when I first became a guest.But really, it has fallen frome "tired" to dis-repair. I have tape on the floor as the floor is falling apart. The shower head is so bad that it sprays everywhere except where I want it to. It simply needs a new shower head as all the teets are broken so the water sprays all over the place.Maintenance should check functionality.As I have alluded to the whole place needs a major renovation and not just patching up.Thanks

The only good thing is the location. The hotel is close to the beach just across the road.

Location perfect overlooking sea front and promenade.Lots of mirrors, sockets and storage in bedroom Room cleaned every day. Clean bed linen and towels everyday. Shower was powerful and was efficient. Balcony was as described overlooking the beach and sea.

The hotel is old, outdated and needs refurbishment. The hotel advertising photo on Booking.com is not a true reflection of its current state. The hotel interior and lift needs updating and decorating. The bathroom, although functional, is in need of a new shower tray and unit.

The hotel lift floor was rotten waiting for someone to put his foot threw my room was totally rotten 2 drain covers off in bathroom with the drain smell in room 24/7 the water coming out of shower head was grey and smelling booked 4 nights left the next morning tried to get a different hotel the same afternoon but all booked going to complain tomorrow with yourself just got back
