- The maids were understanding and helpful, the room is decent. There are much better properties for the same price. The paragon Grand just opposite is even a better deal

- The receptionist, she called herself Therappa. Buy I'm not sure if she lied, sensing my frustration. Chubby Thai lady with brown eyes. She is very very rude. Acts condescending all the time. I guess she manages the place. Even though the other staffs were nice, this lady spoiled the entire experience for me. She particularly acts more racist towards Indians. Over multiple instance I have caught her making rude and mocking comments about the guests in Thai. Thinking that I won't understand, she keeps doing this to me and others. I have used Live AI translate to understand every word. I don't recommend this place to anybody. There are roaches and insects inside room as well. People like her should be put out of business. Lol she had the audacity to charge 300thb for 10 mins of late check out. After fighting, he backed off.
