Sunview Place

Staff were very helpful and friendly, rooms clean, close to bars and restetraunts, local transort right outside hotel, market and 7,11 walking distance.beach 15 minutes walk.

No kettle in room, and some doors banging through the night.

Very good room in excellent location. Nice pool and pool area

Very little

Everything was ok staff friendly cleaning lady was lovely

The noise from the traffic was unbeatable at times all day and night very noisy

In a good location for entertainment.

Needs a little updating in my opinion. Lighting and electrical switches and plugs are dated.

Excellent staff very clean hotel and prime location

Cleanliness - location - staff - room size -

The room was very clean, and the position was optimal in the center of the nightlife, but it was quiet.

The receptionist was rude and unfriendly. As possible in booking i decide to pay with card. No fees were mentioned, but the lady asked for 3% or nothing i could find another place to stay. After a long flight, this was uncomfortable and unacceptable. This is the reason for the low rate.

The location was good.

All the sounds of the nearby road could be heard in the room too much and the beds were rock hard.

Staff were fantastic, very helpful and friendly everyday. The cleanliness of the rooms the corridors lobby was so good. Would definitely recommend it and I’ll stay there again . There’s a laundry virtually next door and plenty of breakfast options within 100metres

Good size room with decent size balcony

If I had to be really picky, it would be the shower bracket, which means the shower goes out at 90° so you need to stand 6 feet away. But I managed fine.

Staff good and friendly

No WiFi in room only in reception area.

The pool is good and it's generally a clean Hotel.

Cleaning staff and receptionist spoke to me like how they would speak to their work colleagues. Quite rude when I'm a guest.

Location

They were involved in the scam of ladies. Some women looted us and left. The hotel didn't even ask us before handing over their ID's

Bit dated but clean sun on pool from.morning till afternoon could just do with bit updating but clean

Staff nice location ok and 711 next door

The swimming pool. My view from the balcony and the location

No Breakfast offered, budget friendly hotel in Soi Bukaow, Pattaya, close to all essentials.

Mattress very HARD!

Great room size and clean with efficient chamber maids.

Unable to sleep due to outside noise.

Clean and quiet.

Air con could be stronger

Location

Poor to non existent WIFI on my floor, Got bitten by mosquitoes/flies around the pool,

The hotel rooms were cleaned every day, you could say to the young lady who does the cleaning not today clean the nextday she is fine with that. The staff were very good in every way, always smiling and cheerful.

I would not go back again because they dont have a kitchen for food you have a fridge in your room so you can put whatyou want in. I was told a couple of years ago they had a kitchen for food breakfast, lunch, evening meal, but they closedit down i do not know why. I want to go back for another six weeks next year, i found a bar that sells food from seven inthe morning up to ten oclock at night the menu is very good. The rooms are better and a lot cheaper.
