Serene Sands

I have been travelling Thailand since mid December, and this hotel is so beautiful , the pool is amazing only meters from the ocean. The hotel was so clean and organized m easy to see, it is well managed, I will stay again next time I am in pattaya

Very pleasant rooms and an amazing swimming pool. Sandy beach area was pretty cool! Garden was nice and the whole stay was a great value for what we needed. People there were very nice and plenty of comfortable spaces to relax.

Not having cooked food and ice drinks available can be a real challenge. Some food is available in the morning, but after that, you are on your own. Even some basic french fries, nuggets, and big glasses of iced drinks would make it 5 star for us. Also, avoid grab food and go with Lineman ... grab drivers not interested in going there.

Great quiet place with a nice host, good to relax, and enjoy a beautiful sunset :) It was nice to be there!

location for us was perfect, slightly outside the main area of Pattaya (15 mins by car). the hotel was comfortable, the manageress was awesome, really helpful. some outside redevelopment of the beach area and gardens ongoing whilst we were there, which took shape and looked really good. nice quiet, peaceful hotel and location. Hotel seems popular with Thai people on weekend breaks.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool was good, but no shade around it. Garden is pleasant. Rooms are clean and comfortable. It's a peaceful hotel.

The location is poor. Taxis have to be used to get to Pattaya and back. Fares are cheap but using them twice a day adds up. Nearest restaurants are a 15 to 20 mins walk, and not all that good. No beach , so hotel name is a little misleading. But to be honest, I doubt that anyone would want to swim there.

Property has a beautiful garden with a big pool for swimming.

Firstly there is not really access to the beach as the property goes right to the edge. The beach is filthy, the water was even black because of the refinery which is located on the beach not too far away from the hotel. Also the jacuzzi needs some renovation.

Its a somewhat older hotel but the rooms are clean and have a good size. Very nice pool also in the evening and a free snooker table

Breakfast was very good, sea is very close but no beach to lie down. very nice swimming pool. jacuzzi needs restauration. almost impossible to get transportation from the hotel, maybe because we were there around new year's eve.

1) the hotel didn't accept my Visa bedit card, instead Booking accepted it for reservation, why?2) the garden was scruffy and full of died leafs, and very different from what I saw on booking3) there was no beach in front of the hotel, and I didn't see any reserved beach for customers, instead a very dirty beach at sides of the hotel. Where are the 'Serene sands' ??? 4) the breakfast very poor, only 3 possibility and all salted5) the safe box for Money into room not worming6) very cheap bathroom

Had a great time at Serene Sands - great value for money. Lovely staff and yummy breakfast. Early and late checkin was available. Very quite and spacious room.

The room on the balcony over looked the lush garden. The garden also had a pool table and swimming pool. The staff were very helpful and friendly - nothing seemed to be too much trouble. I chose the hotel because it was close to the port (work) but now believe that it was a better option than going to one in Pattaya. Using an app like Bolt, you can get back from Pattaya for about 130baht.

Terrific place!Everything was great - the rooms, the garden, the food, the staff.The name of the hotel is correct, serenity is all over the place!

The beach was dirty, but I doubt the hotel is reponsible for it.

The location not far from Pattaya city, it is in a quiet place near to sea. Staff is kind, free upgraded as it is stated in the website they will do it whatever they could upgrade the guest whenever available.
