Markland Beach View

Well priced Apartment style , but dated and spartan , poor internet , reception unhelpful

Reception, Poor Internet , shower terrible like something from the 50s Soviet Union

Location & view

It is a pity that this building is in this GREAT location and has this view, it is old and worn out, the blankets and towels are not of good quality or cleanliness, the furniture is wooden, the elevator is very slow!

Location was excellent ,close to terminal 21 and on the beach ,views over pattaya beautifull ,Hotel rooms are between 7 and 10 floors ,swimming pool big and on the 5 th floor ,fridge in room was big

Bit outdated ,closet can get a makeover .

It was next to the beach, an easy to find location with lots of malls within walking distance.

The hotel needs renovation, very old furniture and the internet net is the worst it keeps discounting every 5 min. I had to use my mobile net.

It was the so close to the beach and it has all the facilities on the location.

All the hotel check out time is 12:00 and check in 14:00 a traveler like us where we suppose to spend the 2 hours? It's not a hotel specific issue but a general issue around most hotels.

Absolutely beautiful view and plenty of things to do right by the hotel.

Bed was a little stiff

Great first stay and reasonable so booked to stay again in Oct 2024 so lets hope its even better please !

Elevators slow

The best location...so I come to Pattaya three times a year to stay in this hotel, I like every thing in this hotel: Staff, location, sea and city view from the room, close to markets, Big C and Terminal 21, Close to tourist restaurants and only 50 meters away there is a Seven Eleven supermarket and Fifty meters from the beach

I Didn't took breakfast so no idea, but there location & room size is very good.

Room amenities could have been more better, There was no tissue paper in room, for an extra pillow i need to pay 50 bath.

Everything there is beautiful, the sea view, the room is spacious and large. The receptionis is very helpful and has a nice way of dealing.

Outdated furniture, cockroaches in the bathroom.

The location is very good, near the beach, provide car park.

I think I got the last room. it’s quite old, especially the toilet.

Found out i dont like Pattaya what so ever, busy tourist trap !!!

fantastic view from my room, room has a small balcony with coffee chair & table. very big room with all amenities. 7-eleven shop was just our hotel which is very helpful specially when ur family with you. And most favorite part is the swimming pool situated at 5th floor roof. we are enjoyed a lot
