The Now Hotel

Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Location on the seafront is good with a choice of shops and restaurants very close at hand. As my other Pattaya hotel was fully booked for New Year, I was glad to glad a room here (even at a slightly inflated price). Stayed four nights and felt comfortable.

Can be a little noisy and the open plan bathroom/toilet set-up is a little odd.

Nice design modern good location.

First issue was they wouldn’t let me check in unless I paid cash for the deposit despite being able to use cards and advertising Visa card acceptance everywhere. Second issue was is accidentally left a suit in my room. They at first told me at check out that my room was fine. Then the man came ask me if I left clothing when I was walking out.. I had found women’s clothing in my room from previous guests and left it by the garbage. There was miscommunication which can happen. But when I came back to the hotel the man at the desk just started yelling at me. I tried to explain it was a misunderstanding but he kept shouting at me and wouldn’t listen. It was extremely unprofessional for hotel staff. I’ll ever stay here again even though I was planning to at first. There also was no hot water in my room during the stay. It was lukewarm at best.

It was located in a really convenient place. Had a nightmarket right next to it.

Our AC wasn't really working too well.

I love the hotel concept with industrial concept. Location is centrally located in Jomtien Beach and just across the street. The bathroom at M Room is perfect for Honeymooners.

The staff is not really friendly.

Very close to beach perfect location for everything very clean and amazing room perfect choice for everything we just want stay 1nigh but we already staying for 3 nights ?

Maybe Iitte bit I don't like shower and toilet want more private

When I booked it i took a sea view room but they didn’t I paid for it? so…

The fact that you paid £90 dollars and no staff took me to the room I spent 20 minutes trying to find it finally I see a clear and managed

Hotel is literaly on the beach, Just needs to cross the Road. Very modern building, interesting room concept with partialy open bathroom. Very clean, good maintained, close to the Night Market & other amenities.. Absolutely yes..

Very new and modern. Comfortable and clean rooms. Close to markets and restaurants and right on the beach.

Room size and design was very pleasing. Staff very friendly. Comfortable bedding. View was nice also.

I couldn’t sleep for longer than 3 or 4 hours per night. The music and karaoke blasting from the neighbouring food market lasted from sunset to 2.30am or worse each night. Didn’t realize it was a Thai beach party area I suppose….

Well, it is not a fault of the hotel, but there is a night market next to the hotel, it was a bit noisy at night. I changed the hotel only because I go to bed earlier, no problem if you are late nighter...

Didn't take breakfast, so couldn't comment.AC was poor and no tv all night and day.Booked and paid for two nights, managed one and moved on. Some reception staff could have made you feel more welcome.

Location was perfect. We booked an XL Suite so it was facing the ocean and had a perfect view.

The bed was very uncomfortable because it was so low and was only about a foot off the floor. It was very difficult to get in and out of bed. The safe was inside a closet on the floor. You literally have to be on your knees with your face on the floor to use it. The buffet breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had in my 40 years of travel. The one staff assigned to the dining room didn’t want to be bothered at all. I had to go seek her out every morning to ask for a cup of coffee. There was a room service food tray with uneaten food outside on the hallway and it stayed there for two days where cockroaches feasted on it. I reported it the first time I saw it but the cleaning staff didn’t do anything. The common areas of the hotel was dirty and looked like it hasn’t been swept or dusted in weeks.

The Location

It was like a building site - the internal walls in all rooms look like unfinished crumbling concrete - not very clean either. We stayed one night and left early the next morning. I dont understand what the owners were thinking - it looks awful.

Goold Location , but the room quite old. The hotel closeset the beach. Good view

Great location, we had a sea view which was incredible. Fantastic bars and restaurants within walking distance.

My only complaint is the bathroom facilities in the rooms. Very strange setup. Separate bathroom would be better.
