Staff was not friendly, they didn’t allowed me to stay 2nd day and they didn’t answered me properly they were rude

Bad breakfast. Indian food in Thailand. Never changed. Bed squeaky.

The bed. The bathroom needed updating. Didn’t like having pets in hotel. Noise from street. People make too much noise. Not use to having rice, pasta for breakfast. No cereal or yogurt or continental breakfast.

I forgot something in the room and sent the messages for the help but no reply!

A little bit out of date, no sign that you could not dive in the pool as it only was about 1m depth. Not so near town as they advertising

I specifically booked my room with small balvony facing back of the building! My confirmation showed the room like that away from a very noisy main road. When I pay, check in, go see my room, it's at the front noise, noise all day n night facing the road. Reception said sorry, hotel fully booked. That's the only room option. * Air-con is very old, noisy & not cold, & outdated It's 2025 . Upgrade some facilities.

Not much. But worth it to be able to eat at the Reader restaurant just over the X road. The food is wonderful and the waitress gorgeous!!??

Terrible noise until 0200 from the football ground. Aircon didn’t work. Swimming pool was very dangerous with slippery surround.

Breakfast, staff are very kind .Is close to everything.

Lovely room overlooking a footy pitch. Was so chill and in a really good location. Nice local food market right next to it and not a far walk to walking street. The main strip.

Breakfast was not good . The only good thing was the fresh fruit . occasional noise at night was a distraction but overall great location just away from the nightlife

Breakfast is very bad, pictures nice but not here. Breakfast beter skip no worth money. Room not really clean, old. My wife wants to go she very dissatisfied.

Staff is awesome and friendly, room is very big, could easily fit another 2 bed in.Swiming pool at floor no.8 although its small dimensions its ok.Location, its about 10 min walk from Tucom.Fast Free Wifi.There is a evening food market just around the corner, 2 minutes walk away.I would surely choose Piyada again in the future.

Annoying residents at floor no.7 room 701. I will not comment further as i would maybe like to stay at the hotel again in the future and because of the awsome staff help regarding the issue.

The breakfast was always fresh and delicious. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. A nice view from the balcony and the location was amazing as well.

There was nothing that we disliked about this stay.

Room cleaness.

The hotel receptionist's response was very poor. They spoke in an unprofessional manner, acting arrogantly. They were unable to assist or provide answers to even simple queries. This is the first time I have encountered such a disappointing receptionist in my life.

Guest friendly. Has a pool.has a lift. Big rooms. Rooms have balcony.

Not as close to walking street as it suggests. Its a good 20 min walk atleast. Nothing exciting in the area. No money exchange service open at night. Not so close to 7-11

I love the room, it’s really big but they give us unclean room.

I saw cockroaches under my bed, toilet and everywhere. It’s dirty and not acceptable!
