Hotel J Pattaya

Excellent, professional, and helpful staff. They all did a superb job.

The heat and humidity of pattaya . But the hotel cannot control the outside weather.

Nothing as such

The room offered the proper bed set up for my family, 2 queen size beds. My two kids slept on one bed, and the other bed for my husband and I. For us, it is good to be in the same room. We missed bacon in the breakfast buffet. The pool was great. We had the perfect combination of sun and shade. Very simple waterslide, but it did the job. The hotel is a short walk to Terminal 21.

The general hotel decor seemed outdated. It is a very basic looking hotel.

The hotel location is perfect for a family wanting to stay away from glittering Pattaya nightlife. Located on the main street, with plenty of options to choose, and 7/11 within walking distance

The earlier review suggested smoking is allowed in the property, but surprisingly, smoking is banned within the property premises, and I had to walk all the way out of the property to smoke.

Did not eat breakfast at hotel

I thought there was hotel shuttle to nearby restaurants and shops only to find out there was none. I have read that amenity when searching hotels.

Big spacious room n facilities, had a microwave oven too..family friendly, conveiniant access.

The shower( like a cyclonic bath?)

The gym equipment needs updating! One of the weights machine is broken, the free weights is broken, the highest weight is 10kg, the bike is old with broken cushion.

The hotel is nice and big rooms, and the location is in calm area. The bad experience was from the staff all of them road I had a bad check in and check-outck also I call them ask for a bottle of water at 7am and call again and again until 12 no water come!! Even my room not make up yet, I even told them I will pay for it!!

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with a charge of THB 150 that was levied upon me at check-out for "pillow marks.I believe this charge was unwarranted and intentionally imposed to extract money. Rather than discussing the matter with me or inquiring about the alleged marks, the reception staff simply informed me of the charge and demanded payment.

The property is too much old and the furniture in the room looks like 20 years old and most worts thing about the hotel was its washroom the drainage system was not working properly

Location is good. Not too noisy and 7eleven being close is always handy
