The staff, location, bed, bedding, coffee, Sat TV, room safe, spa next door and if you go ask for Bae! Best foot massage ever! Didn’t eat anything. I love the Japanese’s feel to the hotel as well.

Only issue I had was while on the forth floor I wanted to take the stairs down and they were NA! The exit was blocked and that’s a MAJOR FIRE HAZARD!! But anyway they did move me to the third floor where the stairs worked if I needed them.

Bed was very comfortable, staff was extremely warm. Very quiet with 7/11 less than 5 minute walk

The view from my room, 506, was just rooftop and AC units but for the price and location it was a great base for the area

Hi guys Anthony here from Ireland I've stayed here a couple if times and what stood out for me was the staff exceptional cannot say how friendly and accommodating they are you will b greeted with a smile and a swadeeka every time they see you two out if ten I will definitely stay again the beds are so comfortable and big a balcony is a must for me view was lovely all around a really enjoyable few stays and will stay again 100%

I like the location away from busy street and the bed very comfortable

I need to change room due to air conditioner issue but the other room also have safety box issue and they fixed promptly but hot water issue is quite bad I need to turn on hot water device manually each time for shower

Nothing was good at the hotel

Firstly it was very difficult to find the hotel at the first place as its location is in between two big hotels and it looks like staff quarter on top of it everything was chargeable including the towels, water...pics shown in the website does not match the hotel (the reception area is congested, rooms are not even proper ventilated, AC's don't work properly, bathroom sliding doors are not properly fit & does not have basis accessory like soaps)

It is located on a quiet side street close to everything. The staff was friendly and helpful. A laundry shop is close.

Located down a quiet Soi the room was comfortable and spacious. Good price and walking distance to malls, restaurants and the beach.

Little to no soundproofing so could hear other guests in the next room and in the corridor.

Gave us a small room, when we had ordered 3 suites. They weren’t able to fix the first night and they didn’t try to compensate. Nothing worse than getting less than what you pay for. Staff didn’t really seem to care either.

Tae, from the front office greeted us warmly every time with a genuine smile, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Fang, who worked at the spa reception, went above and beyond with her friendliness. She engaged with us regularly, checking how we were doing and recommending several great places to visit.What made my stay truly memorable was the thoughtful surprise from Tae and Fang. Knowing that I was celebrating my birthday they surprised me with a small cake and a lit candle. Though it was a simple gesture, it made my birthday incredibly special and added a personal touch to my experience.For anyone looking for a quiet and serene stay in Pattaya, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

Location was excellent and quiet. Easy access to the main attraction places. Hotel staff was nice enough to upgrade the room.

The curtains are fairly thin so early morning sun is very bright, but the lights in the room are very dim so the room feels dark when the sun has gone.

Wonderful location which is close to all attractions here but tucked away nicely in a calm and quiet area. Supermarket, laundry everything right there.
