Amazing staff, nice older style hotel. Location can be a little tricky - but on the flip side away from the craziness. Great balcony with outside sink. Brilliant restaurant right next door. Mini C just across the road.

Location was a challenge at times if you're a walker like I am.

Nothing to say much

The location is great.

Old run down building, dimly lit, dirty parts of room, shower pressure is basically zero and hot water is at a trickle. Door is incredibly thin and feels very unrpivate. To top it off, the key of the door broke off upon turning it the first time. We booked 3 nights but stayed for only 1 in the end as it was not comfortable. However the staff are absolutely lovely and welcoming, so cannot fault them at all.

I did like the pool area, bc I think its fully renovated, there is plenty of beds to lay down and chill. The rooms are also renovated, which feels really nice. I really liked the hotel, might be coming back.

I didnt like the position of an A/C that was blowing air directly on the bed and I really hate this / we had to put a towel on it to not feel it. Also we had room with balcony towards a road and the windows are vey thin so we could hear every motorcycle at 3am in the morning roaring around.

The room was very spacious and clean. It completely met expectations. It had a table and chair that I appreciated.It's in a quiet part of town (but note below) and directly across the road from a convenience store. It's far away from the party scene so you won't be disturbed. My room had a balcony so I could wash things in the afternoon and it would largely dry during the day if I left it out. The air conditioning worked quite well. The bed was comfortable.I would not hesitate to book it again.

It could have more powerpoints more easily accessible. It's probably more because it's in Pattaya but some guy clearly engaged the services of an entertainer and they were pretty noisy and drunk in their negotiations. But that's probably just Pattaya things.

One of the best Hotel/ Resident in Pattaya so far. Everything was great, everything was there, everything was close by, and the staff was super friendly. I was able to store my luggage after checkout and even use the pool and shower before I left. I'd be happy to come back and highly recommend it. Thanks for beeing your guest ?

Dated but clean

Noise from the road at night

The room was big and with a lot of equipment. The fridge was extremely big and spacious. The bed was comfortable. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

One lady in the nightshift was impolite.

The pool was nice, room was comfortable, staff was friendly. Love this place. Great value. Great location.

Clean and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good bed, firm but comfortable.

Location is not so easy to find, and requires some walking to get to the beach road. I’m okay with heat but if you are not then the walking might be hard going.
