Location, excellent staff

No desk in room for computer, had to use coffee table, very awkward. The elevator is very slow.

Great location, clean room, all you could ask for.

A minor detail but for people traveling by car, the parking situation around the hotel is not great.

Everything was managed properly. Make up of room was regularly . Tv had all channels. Very quiet. And breakfast buffet was the best.

Some local channels was blurred.

They clean the rooms everyday. Friendly staff and always available to help you.

The swimming pool area is always empty, not enough motivation to go there and spend time at the hotel. Size is average, not too big.

Being charged almost the equal amount of my four night stay just for a few beers out of the mini-bar. Total rip off

Newly renovated, clean hotel. Very convenient location, right next to Central mall and close to Walking street, LK metro, Soi 6, etc. Guest friendly hotel.

Great location. Nice lobby and restaurant. Good facilities. Decent value.

Some of the minor stuff has started to age. Things like some of the bathroom tiling and chairs look a little worn out. Nothing deal breaking. The shower does only either hot or big pressure weirdly. The controls are a little weird. Again nothing deal breaking but a minor inconvenience.

I like the location of the hotel; it's right in the mix of food and nightlife. Plus the beach and Central Pattaya mall is a short walk. The hotel has a great coffee shop and the breakfast in the morning is pleasant.

I honestly couldn't find anything that I didn't like about my stay.

Position is amazing. Stone throw to everything imaginable and un imaginable. Pool is better than first perceived, towels supplied. Room service, hotel service and facilities excellent. Very clean, very freindly, Only 1 elevator but a small price to pay for convenience. Thai eatery and English pub, Hemingway s directly across from front door are amazing. 7/11, 25 metres away as well as massages. Laundry service cheap and super quick. Can seriously just not go wrong with this one.

One elevator but no deal breaker.Breakfast was a 7 out of 10. Could expand on buffet selection, however still far from not good and food quality was good. Neighbouring bars sometimes just a bit noisy but small price for great central position.

Modern and clean with comfortable rooms and a very good bathroom good quiet AirconRooms are very soundproof. Never heard anybody else.Good mini bar

Very bad smell in the street to the entrance could not sit outside and eat breakfast. This is a problem in most of the city, but unfortunately very strong right outside the entrance.only one lift and often waiting for a few minutes

Great location although noisy, breakfast is minimal with not much choise.

The pool is small and only 1 meter deep, it's in the shade, and the sunbeds could use an update. The property has only 1 elevator, which likes to test your patience.

Bathroom wasn’t set up correct so constantly you had to deal with the smell of sewage and cesspool.

Property is located in the street. We’re constantly bad smells coming through the street to the building.

Location is excellent, laundry over the road, excellent restaurants, quiet air condition in my room.

Wi-Fi is terrible, because no wifi, no tv channels.

Tha all experience was very good First time stayed and before many hotels but found this good location and very clean quite hotel and great room service..Can recommend as do not believe would be disappointed.

The restaurant choices could be better as it provides a limited choice..Did eat twice I the restaurant and it was ok but nothing to rave about.

it's nice place to stay alone and with family middle of the city and everything is on finger tips

staff is only good in treating locals poor communication skills is the only issue i faced here .
