Sutus Court 7

Upgraded my room as the room I booked wasn't good it was so easy and staff were very helpful and in great location

There are to many sutus courts but sutus court 1 is the best

Swimming pool is great but the rooms need renovating

Furniture in room’s could have been better.

Lovely hotel great staff always helpful rooms clean and tidy daily has two great pools one large and a smaller pool jacuzzi perfect position to all the places to be 7/11 right across form hotel had 2 weeks here and would recommend to anyone long or short stay great value for money will stay again thank you all staff colin guernsey

Changed rooms as first one was noisy.. rooms are basic, 2nd room no kettle etc, but you get what you pay for.. If staying pay for the better rooms,with a decent balcony...

We Booked a Non SMOKING ROOM with a inner court yard view we was shoved in a room where people had been smoking a lot it was horrible as we are non smokers we complained and got a new room in sutus court 3 a cheaper room NO VIEW at all a big Grey Board stuck on the Balcony wall No day light can get in the room terrible we got No refund from the company we asked to move to a room with a view and they told us they were fully booked the whole 12 days was a terrible experience will never go back there ever .

Location of room. Next to rubbish tip.and workyard..Glass bottles emptied at 5am from bar. It was like living in a garage. This room should not have been let out for use. Also outside was used as a carpark. The room was dated, no windows could be opened. The swimming pool area was unkempt. The location of our room ruined our stay for 19 nights.

Only thing abit off hotel Internet connection not stable I do not have my own package so not a big problem for most people

Tired. Unhygienic. Lack of facilities, eg. kettle . Intermittent Wi-Fi. Poor quality bed linen/towels/tv reception/dangerous slippy tiles outside lift towards reception (had bad fall).When i initially arrived reception tried to put me in a sub-standard room (twice) eventually after much complaining i settled for what was slightly what i booked with Booking.com

The room isn't like shown in the pictures. There isn't a balcony, the room is very small and dirty.
