The breakfast

The atmosphere and the bedding are very clean and comfortable. The pool and gym are also very nice and well-maintained

Unfortunately, our 8th floor neighbors were very loud at midnight, so we could not sleep well enough and we didn’t that the property’s wall was that thin. But the staff was kind enough to arrange a new room for us.

Really appreciated the upgrade of my room and the possibility for a late check out.Staff was very welcoming and friendly.Room was very comfortable and clean.

Location wise its a bit far from the beach and there is not really any 7/11 close by for necessities (although there is a local shop/restaurant that sells some things.)

Very kind workers, clean, near the shopping mall. I would recommend this place to anyone!!! I will definitely go back to this place when i come back!

Clean, modern and for eight days and nights the staff were amazing I lost my wallet one night with one of the plastic reusable key card’s inside. They replaced it BUT as I checked out they charged me 200 Baht for it If it was a real key I would understand but that charge for a plastic card upset me

Breakfast was awesome, rich choice of a lot of tasty food, room is clean. In-room food service was really good. Overall nice and beautiful hotel with helpful personal. The guard always held the door for us. When we forgot our card in the room, the lady at the reception immediately helped us.

We couldn't find a comfortable temperature in the room, it was too cold with the air conditioner, too hot without it. We found some ants

I like the location.

The room has no iron, not even one that I can borrow. I stayed for 3 days and I have to look clothes that no need to iron. The staff asked me to retain my passport at reception because I have no 500THB cash for down payment. I have explained that I could not hand my passport as it is a very important document that should not be handed to anyone. They did agreed at the end. And I paid when I check out, some snacks I eat at the room.

I liked the room, the shower, the resturant. The resturant in particular, i enjoyed quite so. It was a good for a quiet area.

Breakfast is very poor, toaster mech very small and not working properly, no Variety and less choices.

The hotel is really clean in general, the employees are very respectful, they try to help in everything, the pool was great.

There is nothing you don't like about the facility. You get full value for your money. I would definitely recommend it.

Hotels should arrange/have tie up wth tour operator for day trip to Islands etc

The rooms are nice and spacious enough by Pattaya standards. The staff are always friendly and the rooms are clean.

The breakfast options for vegetarians are dismal and almost non-existent. In today's day and age when everyone is bending over backwards to have more veggie and vegan options, this hotel is lacking in this department and the menu options mostly cater to chinese groups of which there were plenty. For the price paid, they should definitely improve their breakfast options for vegetarians.

The architecture. The building design and presentation is exceptional. While the steps leading up to the meeting rooms were a definite hazard, the aesthetic creativity of the architect/interior designer is breathtaking. I also liked the swimming pool, even though I was not able to take advantage of it. The pool and it’s surrounds were peaceful and inviting.

1. I like walking but the hotel was just a little too far from my destinations. The surrounding neighbourhood lacked interest for me. 2. It is such a shame that the room fit outs did not match the hotel architecture. Worse than that, the fit out looked like it was a last minute job by an amateur. It urgently requires an audit by a professional interior designer. I actually went out and purchased a reading lamp to place beside my bed (once I had rearranged the single bedside table.)
