The aircon filter looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. Also, lots of dust and dirt under the bench and bed, overall cleanliness levels are poor. Laundering seems lack as bedding seemed stained but attempted to be cleaned.

ROOM , FOOD , COCKROACH IN THE BATHROOM , DIRTY BATH TOWELS , RUDE BEHAVIOR OF FRONT DUSK STAFFS, WORST HOUSEKEEPING I HAVE EVER SEEN…etc…………………I forgot to take pictures

Passable, basic chain hotel. Dark internal hallways. Very loud music from local bars disturbing at night. Staff amazed when suggested that left luggage should have a receipt or record connecting room number. A good basic option for a couple of days but don’t linger

Staff. Especially staff name Eve. She is very rude even if we talk polite.

Room was very nice, comfortable beds. Maybe a little soft by Thai standards.

AC had a slightly mouldy smell, and there is a little traffic noise from the road outside.

Clean and fresh rooms. Nice roof/pool area to chill

Location a little far from the action, have to take bike taxi or walk 20 mins

The hotel was great, the staff was very good, the location was also very good, the hotel was clean.I will stay at the same hotel next time

Everything was perfect, the room, the staff, it was close to everything

We did not received the requested wake-up call on our departure date

Little noisy from street and no sound proof from walls and door.....Towels was dirty

It was close to every thing, clean , nice pool

The gym is useless way to small , not enough equipment to work out properly

It's very dirty , i stayed 1 night they didn't change the bed sheets they just fix the bed I arrived I found hair of man , stains all over the pillows and sheetsAnd hair on the toilet seat and sinkAlso too much people make noise outside the room

Good location for seeing sights - not for the beach.Nice to have a family roomPool nice but music really loud

Toilet kept blocking - no paper being put down but it just kept blocking!Edging to the bathroom was hanging off - has previously been tried to be fixed but just kept coming off - had to lie a towel over this.Pool turned the white areas of swim costumes green!

Location was nice, close to the beach. Hospitality and staff behaviour was good.

Could have given some dental kits and closed wardrobe would have been better rather than open type.

Breakfast was poor, very focused on a target niche of clients.

the staff was good. the rooms were clean. there are alot of indian reserving their rooms here so they really have a good variety of Indian breakfast options. 2-3 veg options as well. there's an indian restaurant adjacent to hotel and it's staff is helpful. there's also a street food location walking distance from the hotel.

there was nothing I disliked. Surely a great place to book.

Nice and quiet clean spot, everything is a short ride away, and the staff were very friendly and accomodating. We stayed in building B and thou it felt a bit older and less cared for, as the pool restraunt and concierg is in bulding A, it was a nice spot to get away from the noise and feel a bit seperated from everthing

Could have a bigger ice box that got colder in room 202, ac was also pretty weak but after the first night it started running much colder
