Location !! and the pool !!

The place is dated, renovations required !

Pleasant and helpful staff and management.The location was ideal for Pattaya Beach Road and beach and amenities for getting around Pattaya. Plenty of everything you need.

The dated interior of the hotel and rooms.The bedding was of a poor standard again very dated and old fashioned like blankets instead of quilts. No drink making facilities in the rooms.No restaurant in the hotel. Shower very very old and dated, could be so much better.

Very quite and can go anywhere very easily. Waking street about 10mini walk.Bangali and indian restaurant very near.staff was friendly.

Location. Opposite Sportsman Soi 13. 200 metres from beach and second road. Cheap and cheerful.

Cheap as it was the reception looked like everything for years has been dumped there. A simple clean up of the area would make a good first impression and an area customers may want to sit. Staff were excellent. Just a tired place that needs some love.

they don't have breakfast, rooms are too old interior design, keys to room have BIG metal plates attached which is not comfortable to carry around

The staff is exceptionally friendly. The hotel is located just a half block from Beach Road. There is a shopping mall at the opposite corner. The rooms are spacious and are cleaned every day. The rooms have small fridges and a nice view.

Very close to the beach and the rooms are very spacious . This is our first choice when it comes to Pattaya since last 15 years or so. I’m glad the service is still commendable

The staff has been extremely helpful, courteous and gracious... The front desk staff has been a gem including the night staff when I arrived .. the only saving grace for the property unfortunately is the front desk staff and the overall check in experience ..

The hotel and the rooms needs the much needed renovation ... the elevators were filthy and dirty .. the cleanliness overall has a lot to be desired.. :(

The location was good.

Lots of things in the room didn't work or were nearing the end of their functioning life. Bathroom came with no toiletries. Hotel staff offered to sell us some.

the staff were the best. very helpful, during the 2nd night I had problem with my A/C and they helped me change rooms without any issues. the swimming pool was just perfect.

the bar at the pool was not functional

No breakfast and really scary hotel. Too dark and shady.

The hotel is very old. No maintenance.

Staff were lovely

Our booking was not located as we booked on Booking.com. It was clear the place hadn't been used much in the last 2 years, but that's completely understandable, so room showed signs of this. The mini suite was not so much of a suite. Light switches all over the place and a few broken.
