Far from spots and shopping place and small room.No public transportation.

Overall the hotel was clean and the service was good. Nice café and decent coffee.

Location: all around the hotel is very dingy, vacant lots with trash, street dogs etc. Not a lot of decent or good food spots near the hotel. Had to walk 20 mins or more to find places to eat away from the hotel Very removed from the city and other activities Rooms: did not have hot water for 2 days and had to change rooms. The AC in the new room spit out air that smelled like mold. Beds in both rooms were very hard and not to be considered comfortable at all. My view from both rooms was the side of the hotel's second building... not appealing at all. My boys had a suite in the second building....the electric was wired all wrong so flipping on a switch in the closet would turn on the lights in both bathrooms etc.

We liked the location of the hotel. It is situated right next to the beachfront. Good breakfast which is included. Has nice gym facilities as well as a really nice rooftop pool. This is a place where you can relax.

The room floor was a bit worn out. Seems to me that the flooring was not made for water exposure. The location by itself is very far from the city center without any options for public transport. Rental car is recommended.

The location of the property was nice.

Checked in at 10:00pm. Found used condom in our room upon checking in. Was moved to new room but it was not the room we chose. The bathroom was so small and hard to use. Hot water did not work, we showered in cold water.

Great staff, good location and facilities. Italian restaurant was nice and cozy with excellent food quality.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. The camber maids were excellent and very thoughtful. Location and amenities were great.

Amazing view from room. Literally a 50 yard walk to the beach.

Loved the vibe! The staff was kind enough to upgrade me to a studio room. The Lunar restaurant had exceptional food. The room was beautiful. The pools were amazing! Lovely vibe.

Shower was pretty small, but not a major issue. Breakfast was great, but i don’t think it was worth the price point.

I enjoy this hotel because it is not too large or too crowded. It has a fun but relaxed vibe. Most of the views are very good. The bed is a little firm for my taste, but that is not unusual in Thailand. It's not as firm as other hotels I've stayed in. The rooms are nice, and the furniture is comfortable. I usually find it easy to work while I'm there. The staff is friendly. There were fun decorations for Halloween. There is a new 7-11 just a two minute walk from the hotel!

The first time I stayed at this hotel, it was very new. This stay is two years later, and though the rooms are cleaned well, there was a musty smell that I am pretty sure is from the AC unit. I think the units need to be cleaned and have their filters changed. I am also disappointed that I cannot get Netflix on the TV. Many other hotels I've stayed at in the area have this feature.

Breakfast was great, the service at the restaurant upstairs was excellent. We loved the beach bar.

Great value for money so hard to find a fault. It was quite busy up at the pool area with limited space so we enjoyed the beach bar area as it was quieter.

I booked the Executive Room and absolutely loved soaking in the bathtub on the balcony with the sea view. It was so relaxing that I didn’t even want to go anywhere else.The bed was soft and comfortable, and I could enjoy the sea view all day long.The breakfast for Executive guests at the Lunar Restaurant was excellent and very delicious. I also had dinner at the Rock restaurant downstairs, which was great as well.

The bathroom door is quite hard to open and close because the handle is small, and it’s not very waterproof, so water leaks onto the outer floor area.

Perfect place to get away if you don’t like the crowds peaceful quiet, calm, perfect. The food is amazing The staff was very attentive and fulfilled. Every one of our needs. I would highly recommend this place.

This is a nice hotel with friendly staff, the breakfast buffet is great, the rooftop pool nice and the views too, close to KBA kitesurfing center, super comfy bed

Our room was small and the bathroom rather oddly designed for the 120$ per night price. For that money you can get a much better hotel room elsewhere. I would recommend taking the cheapest option, same size, almost the same design, just without the sea views and balcony bathtub and at a fraction of the price, around 45$

Nice hotel design

Too crowded at weekends, reception staff is not very welcoming. Even the Deluxe rooms are quite small. Breakfast quality is very average.

Poor communication. We try to arrange a shuttle from the airport the week before arriving. We sent them four messages and they never responded.
