Room and washroom spacious and excellent location . Food also good. Special mention to room cleaning lady . Haven’t seen any one who does the work so perfect, flawless.

Property was clean and staff was supportive.

Breakfast was not suitable for Vegetarian as they have any veg option except bread and fruits. They should include atleast one item.

Nice, spacious room with comfortable bed. Very nice buffet breakfast each morning. Friendly staff at reception.

The mattress of the bed was very hard and I didn't had a good night sleep there at all... also when I asked for a topper for the bed they didnt had as well... so regarding the bed we didnt have good experience at all....also breakfast wasnt so good but besides that everything was ok we enjoyed everything else

The swimming pool lounges had a no covers on them very uncomfortable. Also I had to complain about the noise from room next door having late night party's. Nothing was done about this so we left the hotel 3 days early & booked another hotel.

bathroom should have a blinds or curtains between partition of bathtubs and shower and toilets so guests of 4 can at least take a shower or use the lavatory at the same time.

Receptionists are not friendly, , I don’t get good feelings both check in, check out , not even smile.

The breakfast was horrible compared with my hotels in Thailand.Options very limited Everything has pork, cofee very basic and take setting poor in general the breakfast was waste of time and money.

Room was spotless and was made up each day by a lovely maid. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. All the staff were great. Definitely stay here again.

It was ok. Based on photos and price we expect something better and were willing to take location further from beach. But it was mistake, nothing special about this hotel. Good beds.

Pool is not nice, in the shadows and room was not cleaned well. The shower glass was so Dirty that you could not see through.. asked housekeeping to clean it , but still really bad. Room air is really stufy, and air con loud. And defenetly not SOUND proof rooms ! Could hear EVERYTHING from other rooms and hallway as well from the street.

Could not fault the hotel, staff friendly and courteous, breakfast was sufficient, I had eggs, toast and freshly made pancakes which was plenty. Room comfortable and quiet, pool and area was ideal for a dip and the sun terrace perfect for a read.Price was very reasonable, location was a bit out of the centre but 200 baht in a songthaew and you were sorted.

on a main road very noisy all-day and night time not easy for sleeping noisy motorbikes up and down all night traffic bad every day not easy for a taxi ride in or out break fast staff no good morning tried to say morning in English / Thai no reply stayed for 1 month with my thai wife. how they threaded like a second class citizen tried to over charge on check out. could not find any paper work convenient. i had to prove luckily had on my phone. but no sorry sir... pool very small. gym equipment old weights only for women 6kgs. no room service....... On a good note BELL BOY 10/10 cleaning lady 10/10. same the rest of staff carnt lean from them........ WHERE WAS THE THAI SMILE......

Stayed at this hotel in December and overall, it was a pretty decent experience. The bedroom was clean and well-maintained, which made a good first impression. The concierge team was very responsive, promptly addressing any requests we had, and the housekeeping crew was exceptionally friendly and efficient, always greeting us with smiles and ensuring the room was tidy.One of the best aspects of our stay was the room itself. It was very spacious, giving us plenty of room to spread out and relax, which is always a plus, especially for longer stays. Another highlight was the incredible cafe located right opposite the hotel. We absolutely loved starting our mornings there, grabbing our daily coffee and enjoying the convenience of having it so close.That said, there were a couple of drawbacks worth mentioning. The WiFi in the room was quite unreliable, we struggled to load even basic apps like Google Maps at times, which made planning our day a bit frustrating.Additionally, our room faced the street, and unfortunately, the windows were not noise-proof at all. We could hear traffic and other outside noise quite clearly, day and night. While this didn’t bother us too much since we’re not light sleepers, it’s something to consider for anyone who is sensitive to sound.Overall, the hotel offered good value for money, with its spacious rooms, cleanliness, and helpful staff standing out. However, better soundproofing and more reliable WiFi would take the experience to the next level. If you’re looking for a convenient stay in Pattaya and don’t mind these minor hiccups, this hotel is still a solid option.
