No nonsense and informal property. Walkable from Naban Pier. Right off the seashore with Pattaya skyline visible in the distance. Room was clean and neat and everything worked. Safe available. Fridge was stocked with beer, soft drinks and water. Simple and uncomplicated. Scooters available for hire from the property for 300 baht.

My wife was sold 3 bottles of water for 47 baht in the evening and the next morning I ended up having to buy 1 bottle with 30 baht. Weird.

Great location only a 2/3 min walk from the ferry port. The rooms were well equipped, big comfortable bed, spacious, air-con and little things that make a difference hairdryer etc. Staff were great room cleaned, fresh towels and toiletries. Thank

The location and the room itself was good.

The staff is not that friendly, not willing to interact with their guests, wifi was not working and the signal was vert weak. The supervisor was nice though.

We had a fabulous night at Suntosa. The staff were friendly and helpful.The hotel is really close to the Pier where the boat arrives and is so easy to find as you can see the hotel from the dock.The sun terrace is a perfect place to relax and admire the beautiful ocen view.This hotel was petfect for us. It is very quiet, the beds were comfortable and with both a fan and aircom we had a very comfortable night.

Close to the pier, stayed here 6 years ago. Rooms are good size.

Shower doors broken, poor water pressure and poor heat control. The bar and restaurant is almost non existent, food stops at 7pm, had to ask for service and clean up our own tables. Doors of rooms are very loud and wake you up at night (slamming doors) probably inconsiderate customers.

It is clean, well located, amazing view and the staff are very friendly. The breakfast was fine and we could rent a motorbike at a very reasonable rate. The owner is very welcoming and helpful.

The island is plagued with speeding scooters, not safe as a pedestrian. Scruffy beaches full of stray dogs

One of the best hotels I have stayed at. Large well appointed room. Deck area had wonderful views. Staff all very helpful and friendly. Martin was very welcoming.

Coffee at breakfast could have been better quality.

Breakfast was good. The peaceful atmosphere on the patio at night was like nothing else i have experienced. Gentle waves with dim lighting looking over the ocean. There was a fisherman in a boat drifting by with soft music playing. What an incredible experience for me! The staff were super friendly and allowed me to check in early and leave my luggage after checking out

I must say the pictures are looking a bit better than the hotel itself, but still a very nice and polite staff, a good breakfast?☕? with a very nice view.

It's a bit hard to find, and the place feels a bit old, it was expensive in the end, even if we had a nice stay.

It’s a great location. Really close to the ferry wharf and speedboat wharf. It’s right on the water and has a nice lounge area out the front facing the water. The staff were polite and helpful and it’s convenient to rent motorbikes from the hotel and they charge fairly normal rates. Not inflated hotel rates.

It’s a little hard to find on the first try but koh larn is a little like that. Lots of small 1 way streets can make things a little tricky. The AC and bathroom is a little outdated but I know the owner is upgrading things like new beds etc.

The only thing I like is the location. That’s it period.

The room is old, the air con is old, the door lock is very ancient and very difficult to use. The air compressor made loud noise all night the room is not sound proof at all. The toilet is dirty and the water system is so bad. The running water is very poor. I paid 2560 THB for one night and expected it to be more cozy. I’m very disappointed. Don’t even wanna give it a star.

Nice relaxed stay, owner is a great guy too. Clean and tidy. Nice view of the bay. Close to docks for ferry as well. Will stay again.

The only thing is that there is no vehicle access to the property with the exception of by motorcycle, but the property is literally minutes away from the pier area.

Breakfast needs to be improved for better quality and more portion.
