First of all steps, it is uuite inconvenience if you have many heavy luggages because you either have to carry them up the stairs both from the main entrance or the parking. Although there is a slope at the front of the hotel but it is quite long distance.Secondly, there are often groups of noisy Chinese tourists that always make loud noises all the time so it is very difficult to sleep at night.Moreover, there should be coffee and tea available in the room but I found nothing! Guest must request for in-room free complementary.And last, reception should be more thoughtful, I booked a room that included breakfast for two but she told me I didn’t, and told me to buy the breakfast coupon until I insist and show my booking from Booking.com app to prove that I am right.

Clean facility, helpful staff.

Room safes not secured to anything and can be removed from the rooms easily. If they don't have a full booking, they will not serve a breakfast buffet. They'll attempt to just make you items a la carte, with a greatly reduced menu. No coffee at breakfast. This hotel seems geared solely for Chinese tourists.

The hotel is stunning, we couldn’t believe the quality for the price. It was spotless and clean, modern and comfortable. The pool is beautiful and well maintained. The hotel was quiet, big communal areas to use. Good location.

Needs more sun loungers

Couldn’t believe we were staying in a hotel this grand, the minute you walk in the door, you can tell it’s class. The room was exceptional, a lovely balcony overlooking the lovely pool, and the added bonus of a bath.

The noise at night, no sleep for 2 nights.The hotel is huge, the corridors are huge, and there’s no sound insulation, so every noise echos from far end of corridor and up stair wells.We were probably unfortunate in having inconsiderate people staying who think it’s fine to let kids play in corridor at all hours, make phone calls at 4am and generally make a racket, doors banging, I could go on, but im too tired ?.Breakfast not that good.

Lovely Hotel, modern clean and great staff. Breakfast was good too. Something for everyone. Great beds, considering many hotels have had mattresses, these beds had a bit of spring

Lacked atmosphere but for us it was a base. Internet on the 6th floor was poor unless you sat ontop of the hub

Staff were friendly, spacious, comfortable, modern and clean rooms. Overall very pleasant experience with exceptional services, would recommend. We will likely be back next time we are in pattaya.

New, clean, good price

Location was ok, but not more than that

Great roms, vibes and stay overall. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

It’s pretty on the outside.

The service was horrible, extremely horrible. They were next level rude. A bottle of my foundation fell on the counter and wanted to clean it with a towel so it didn’t leave a stain on the counter. So the towel was dirty and they charged me for the towel a 5 star hotel like never experienced that in my life. But worst part was they were so rude about it, didn’t want to listen because they dont speak English. The hotel is to far away from everything. The pool doesn’t have sun most of the time. And the balcony doesn’t have like chairs and a table. So 5 stars ? Maybe 3 if they hire new staff.

The room was lovely and comfy. Really quiet there. The swimming pool area was getting renovated when we were there so did not use that.

Breakfast was average

Everything about this hotel was superb except location with respect to main attractions like beach road and walking street. Very less no. Of cabs available. Rest all so very good.

Swimming pool eve time should be till late eve.

Too far from central

New and clean room.Beautiful pool.Closed to Theprasit night market (about 1.5km). Should definitely visit there.

Pretty far away from center.

Place was last minute and was good for the money.

The building I stayed in looked like it had people living monthly in it. They did have other buildings that were new so choose to stay in the newer building if you want total privacy.

very cheap, great value! I think it looks like 3 or 4 stars hotel, but for sure not 5 :) very close 7/11 and a street restaurant.

It’s a 5 star without handwashing soap and toothbrushes in the Amenity kit. Please fix asapThe shower head is not adjustable and the shower comfort nearly zero. Please fix here asap too

Location is bad. It's far from everything. Tv doesn't have Netflix or even the internet. If you want to watch the tv you better learn chinesе.Gym its very small, basically has almost nothing.
