Avalon Beach Resort Pattaya

I like the breakfast the most. But the room is old and my housekeeping was not clean my room good at all. However she was very friendly and courteous.

The property little ran down but the location is perfect!!

I liked the people working there very much. The location was great as well as the breakfast. The room was cleaned every day if you wanted. Nice pool, very nice atmosphere! I recommend, although it was more expensive than other places I have stayed in Pattaya.

The pool closes way too early at 7pm. The tiny gym also closes at 7pm. They should both stay open later.

I love breakfast it is having multiple choices and clean. Worker are friendly.

Everything in the hotel is old and fooling apart. Breakfast wasn't 4 stars more like 2. All guests need to eat outside without proper ventilators. The hotel doesn't have a private area at the beach.

Loved the pool and the cosy friendly vibe around the the pool,the family suite was very spacious and had a great view from balcony,hotel food was great at breakfast and restaurant at the front was excellent..

Some of the pool tiles had become loose and there were gaps between the tiles and I cut my foot so could do with a little tlc

The size of the executive suite was large and spacious and the pool was lovely

The WIFI only works intermittently and our air conditioning broke down and created puddle of water in our room. Our electricity also cut out during our stay

Excellent older style hotel; big room, big bed, fantastic pool and beachfront location.

We loved the relaxed ambience of Avalon Beach Resort with its Thai design and influences. The resort provided a fitting backdrop and atmosphere to our three month extended vacation in Thailand.

Relaxing vacation with the family. Took advantage of the pool and enjoyed the daily breakfast. Staff was friendly and accommodating when we needed something.

Best thing about the hotel was the location, oh, and there was one member of staff that was friendly and that was the guy that gave out the towels for the pool loungers.

The bed mattress was rock hard and the pillows were lumpy, small TV with terrible picture, the lady cooking the eggs at breakfast was rude and miserable, breakfast was not good, only went down for 1 breakfast in the 7 days we were there as it was very disappointing, also couldn't get a pool lounger after 8am as there was towels with a book or hat on them but no people...

The pool access room is pretty nice, and in general finding place by the pool wasn’t a problem.

The room was smelling really bad because of the air conditioning that was leaking a lot. It was not fixed by the personal and leaking and a very bad smell continued throughout our stay.

The hotel is accessible to the beach. A short walk to the town centre and to the coach station.

The balcony was infested with mosquitoes. I found at least one in my bathroom. The air condition was noisy.
