The Heritage Pattaya Beachfront Resort

GREAT stay here! Beautiful facilities, excellent staff. Good food, fast room cleaning. When I return to Pattaya, this is where I'll stay. Very quiet location, 7-11 across the street.

A little difficult to find at first, and the driveway is dark at night.

Location is excellent, close to shops and night market Bed was quite comfortable.Swimming pool was good.

Breakfast buffet was okay but the quality of the food was not the best. Furniture in the room was old and worn.

The room was great and the property was beautiful. I was not able to be with my family for the holidays so this was a "gift" to myself. I had a wonderful stay here. The location did not seem very central at first, but as I began exploring I was able to find several nice places (The Bund Cafe was a nice little place to relax with coffee and a pastry). Jomtien Beach (Dongtan) and Jomtien walking street are just a short hike on the beach sidewalk which was nice. The Pattaya Water Park is just next door, and there is a night market within walking distance which was fun as well. I reserved and paid for a room with a sea view and I requested a room on the upper floor through Booking.com when I made the reservation, but maybe they did not get the request through Booking. At first I was on the second floor where all I could see were trees. They moved me to the fourth floor as soon as I talked to them and the view was absolutely spectacular. I wanted to extend my stay, but they were booked for the rest of the weekend.

There were some minor issues with the shower, but it was nothing too bad. I let them know about the problems when I checked out so they could have someone look at it and fix it the next time the room was unoccupied. I usually try to let a property know about little issues in a room. If the staff does not actually stay in a room for a day and night then they would not be able to discover and troubleshoot any minor problems or inconveniences for guests.

House keeping didn’t respond to calls… asked for iron was not there

Internet was spotty at times. Had to pay for early checkin. I didn’t Mind paying for it but I had notified them in advance so it would not be an issue

Everyone was very nice on the staff that complementary breakfast was very delicious. Everything was very nice.

Some of the TVs could be updated to high definitions and smart TVs, but other than that, everything was good

room size and price compared to other hotels in Pattaya are very good value, breakfast is good, pool is excellent.

With such great value for the price, it’s hard to find any faults. It would be even better if the musty smell in the room could be improved. The swimming pool is excellent, but some local guests who came in groups went into the pool with their clothes on. It would be nice if the staff could put up a sign and remind them, so other guests can feel more comfortable.

Well spaced out hotel and big rooms with sea views. Helpful staff and good breakfast. Huge pool

Air conditioner wasn't working until was fixed, toilet was broken but was easy to manage,was just a broken ballcock

Rooms need a deep cleaning. Soft furniture had nasty stains. Also, guys were bringing ladies for night.

The corridor isn't swept everyday as I could find some dust and hair along it when I walked to the front desk and breakfast place.

What a lovely Hotel, recommended by friends, we were so glad we booked here. Our room was amazing and overlooked the pool which was wonderful. Location was great, right on the beach, and very easy to reach restaurants and bars for the evening's festivities. Breakfast was good as well.

The room was directly on the pool which was fabulous dive strait in to pool from balcony the bathroom big And clean breakfast good the property was in excellent conduction The staff where courtiers at all times I would recommend this property to all and I will?

Pool. Room size.

Not enough sun loungers. No private beach as advertised. Had some issues that were not resolved and they should have been. Food was mediocre. Some advertised facilities not working.

There is no free access to ice anywhere!!! Breakfasts are very monotonous for a long stay.
