Clean.Location was good. Close to beach.

No hotel water for showers or shaving for 4 days.

No clean very old furniture

Need new white tawal

Good hotel even it is a little bit outdated, but the people and safety inside are really good. Facilities also met my expectations.

Bad communication with hotel if you need to rebook, change dates or do anything online, they dont answer or give limited options. If you need something urgent, dont except help from them.

The location and view from the pool.

No restaurant or bar.

Location nearby Beach , Shopping center and Restaurant mainly walking distance .

Too old need to do renovation works especially Bathroom .

Bed was very comfortable.

Room smelled very badly of cigarette smoke. Staff showed me other rooms, but these rooms also smelled of cigarette smoke. The other rooms smelled less of cigarette smoke than our booked room though. We remained in original room, hoping that the room would air out. It did not improve.

Location

I couldn’t sleep because of the mess the Indians was doing on the next door room . They were banging the doors every 3 min talking very loud , it was late at night around 2 am and it was going on on night long , they took girls there and they were angry on them and there was a kind of argue scream a big mess all night so It wasn’t a good experience, so I just stayed 2 nights .

The closeness to the beach area

Very dark and dingy reception. No restaurant. No coffee or tea in room but free in reception from 9 am to 13.30 pm

If not rundown it would be one of the nicest places to stay in Pattaya.

Very old and dated. Especially the bathroom facilities.

The most convenient location for ocean view. Handy for early morning walk on the beach. Staff is always friendly. Room service is very good. Close to amineties and public transportation. Convenient seeming pool. Room was adequate and clean.

No walk-in showers. All rooms equipped for bath. Little difficult for special need and elderly personnel.

The hotel is in urgent need on a renovation. Staff seems very unmotivated. Lobby is quite dark and depressing.

The location was ideal, within walking distance of many attractions, bars, clubs and eateries, It was excellent value for money, much better than I was expecting.

There isn't anything I can criticise for the price charged for my stay.

Comfortable enoug and just across the beach.

The absence of a kettle in the room was disappointing, especially since it was listed in the booking confirmation. The hotel also showed signs of deterioration. Improving staff professionalism would enhance the overall experience.

Elevator,surroundings of bldg and lobby ambience was below standard

Location is perfect , and quiet enough for a good nights sleep , bed very comfortable

Not as clean as I would expect , my room was fine .

Center location, guest friendly

Very very old hotel, old furnitures, no water heater in rooms, low water pressure and sometimes no hot water in shower. The hotel needs complete renovation.
