It was a good room and the pool was nice

We stayed at this hotel during our trip to Pattaya and had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, with good air conditioning and a comfortable bed. The staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help. The hotel location is excellent, with the beach, shops, restaurants, and transport options all within walking distance. Overall, it was great value for money and made our Pattaya stay very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would choose to stay here again.

Not enough sun beds and bit off the beaten track. That apart, nice big room and friendly staff.

The pool

The elevator was all the times broken we had to pay 5 euros for one water glass that we didn't even have in the room room service was responsible for that we found in the bathroom small ?? different animals to have a party ? air-conditioning was broken was only on and of it was impossible to control the temperature the come to fix it after two nights and we was melting for the hot to days never again in that hotel.ps only the pool was good

The apartment is big, nice.... Big pool

The shower didn't work, the room door was broken and wouldn't close, the furniture was old. For the money the accommodation costs, this shouldn't be the case.

I definitely will not stay there anymore

The room is spooky. It's at the 4th floor. I heard the noise like someone was pulling the chair all night. When I finally fell asleep, I woke up in the middle of the night after I heard the same noise again. The next morning, I went to the lobby and asked the receptionist to change the room to another floor. They changed our room and upgraded to a bigger room at 6th floor.

The suite was enormous with everything you could need provided. Very nice pool. Nice and quiet . A few shops and bars within a short walk . Short taxi ride to city centre.

Hotel is a little dated but still clean and tidy.

Location was good, not to party party but a 6 min bike taxi will change that. You can get to many places very easy from here. Staff are always available. Swimming pool is lovely and big.

The room did not match the photo being advertised, when questioned the reception staff I was told, they use 1 room which looks like the photo, I paid for an upgrade to the Executive Double, the room was better, yet again this room didn't match what they show on their website and on here. Fuzzy tv reception about 10% signal. No working telephone, Also during my stay, the bellboy let himself into my room and showed someone my room whilst I was in it, so unprofessional of the hotel.

Quiet place with decent size rooms.

Lighting in the room was bad (insufficient) and wifi connection is very poor

Great facilities, we were able to get a family setup of two connecting rooms which was super as we have 3 children

Location very good nearby acctractions very quiet good sleep but it was very empty due the Chinese not here plus it was low session

Wasn't a great experience. Staff are tough from the reception till cleaner, never find even accidentally smiling. Or putting any effort to assist you. Rooms are so poor, they will offer you bad rooms you need to complain to get better one. Ac is poor. Bathroom very bad. Not recommended at all.

No breakfast Service available, have to use Presidente who offers no daily discount despite the distance to travel. Plenty of Nearby Options.A lot of room & Reception Area space with prompt and polite staff. Although not central it is minutes from food, drink & Shop outlets with a 60bt scooter taxi into the centre. Quiet and safe with no rowdy drunks. More like a residence. Great swimming pool. Generally Westerners.

Have been visiting for many years but the general decoration and furnishing need an overhaul to freshen up as too dated. Cleaning needs more care and freshened up again.
