Royal Palace Hotel

Super location. Very near to beach and walking street.

Staff’s behavior. They don’t even smile. I dont know why. They behave like we have done something wrong to them. Felt like rude.

The location was great the staff was friendly and the security was great

Centrally located. Nice pool. Large and very clean rooms.

Depending on which way you're facing there could be quite a bit of road noise.

Great pool. Huge and clean. Good breakfast daily changes daily so you got variety. They even got a cappuccino machine during our mid-stay. Very helpful and friendly staff. They let us actually pick our room. Our first one had a smoke smell and it was facing a bad view. It was our son’s birthday and he wanted a pool view. The hotel was well below half capacity so we went to 3 rooms before our 8 year old gave the thumbs up. He felt very special and we appreciated Oates their flexibility.

Part of the room was updated while other parts were very outdated. It was a little eerie how empty it was and then how busy the area was

The location is ideal, a short walk to the beach, taxis, shops, etc. Also a short walk to were I met with Pattaya Golf Hub.The room was well presented and clean.

the wireless internet was difficult to get into, needed to have staff come up to give assistance to get, and it was rather slow at times, also needed to sign in every time I wanted to use it.The bedding was rock hard, a new underlay would possibly help.

I requested for drinking water and they refused to provide. I kept the additional card key provided inside the room and it was missing after cleaning and they charge me 100 bat

Although this hotel is a little bit old, room is clean, spacious, hot shower has good water pressure, no problem with toilet. Balcony is also spacious so enough room to dry diving gears and swimsuits. The price was reasonable for this facility.

Wifi was super slow. If you are nomad worker or want to enjoy Netflix, I recommend you bring your own wifi.

Cleanliness

The WiFi was awful, on off on off all the time, it's because of this that I probably won't return. Comfortable hotel in a good location but they really need to do something about the wifi

Nice hotel very helpful staff I usually stay with LK royal suites at 3 times the price and I can easily say this was much better

Great location and large swimming pool

Wife was useless. Crashed every few minutes. Had to leave because I couldn't work. Other guests were complaining

It is in a great location, central to all my requirements in Pattaya.

The bed was way too hard, would have been more comfortable to sleep on floor.I am booked into stay there again in June, however, I am now contemplating staying elsewhere as I didn't get the sleep I required.

Stayed for over one week. Booked on line day by day. They kicked me out tomorrow because it was fully booked. NO LOYALTY. Only interested in money

This was the latest of several stays in recent years.The hotel is great for our needs. Close to everything but separated from street noise by an entry road and very large car park.Deluxe rooms have had a complete renovation and are looking great again and are huge. Definitely worth paying a little extra.Most of the staff have been there forever and are quietly efficient . They remember regular guests.Beds are great and rooms have balconies. Ours had a lovely sea view.Hotel is surrounded with food and shopping options.Overall, the hotel attracts an older European demographic which makes it very safe.We’re going back in 3 months or so.

Breakfast is very ordinary with cold fried eggs and some of the worst coffee I’ve ever encountered. We stayed 8 nights with breakfast included but only ate breakfast once.Breakfast staff are great but the food is not.

Everything was good the staff was great the hotel is very clean and the rooms were good.

Maybe could be other things for breakfast sometime different things but it was still great.

Location was very good. Near the beach. Many restaurants nearby. Only a 10 minute walk to the Central mall.Room was spacious and very clean and quiet. Excellent wifi.

Nothing to dislike. Would definitely stay here again.

There is no safe in the room.The mattress is a bit stiff.
