Aiyaree Place Hotel SHA PLUS

My wife and I spent a week here. Location is great! Be sure to treat yourself to the breakfast buffet, it¿s not included but it¿s very inexpensive. The beds are very comfortable and everything is spotless.

Everything was excellent!! Absolutely zero complaints.

I loved the wonderful staff that made me feel welcomed when my family arrived, the rooms and the location was fantastic and the breakfast surpassed my expectations. I will definitely be staying here when I come back.

Shower was the best part of the experience.

Kind of old construction, a bit rustic, and not comfy. The room was ok.

The Soi coming in to the hotel is dangerously narrow and full of pot holes

+ side: I like that the floor in my room was tiled rather than carpeted. It was larger than I needed. It has a nice balcony overlooking the pool

- side: controlling the temperature of A/C and shower could use attention

Friendly Staff, Clean Rooms, Great Breakfast and unsaid "No Questions asked about Guests" policy. Right next door is a couple of food shops called Fun Bar. The hostess there and the pizza too, are both exceptional...

It was great place. I would say quite clean, bed was comfortable. I liked the location, it was pretty close to beach. I haven't used the pool but it looked clean and it wasn't crowded, I just prefer beach. Had quite a comfortable stay.

I had one of the Deluxe twin room which are spacious and comfortable , and good WiFi . The location is good, close to the beach, shops and bars.

Being in town it can be noisy with traffic. But BEWARE even with a confirmed booking of a deluxe room the hotel can change your room to one in the annex which are cheaper but very small and definitely not recommended.

Close to all the restaurants bars and songthews to Pattaya. About five minutes walk to the beach. Ideally situated and quiet.

It's a reasonably priced hotel in a good location

Hotel is okay. Staff not at all customer focused or friendly. Breakfast is rubbish, cold and unpleasant.

Everything was mostly fine. Most staff especially the cleaners were helpful and friendly.

The breakfast buffet was cold and awful, liquid curry with no meat in it. ?? Some of the reception staff were not friendly and made me feel like I was being awkward asking advice or for help . Others were okay.

Breakfast was 10/10. Simple but Superb and so delicious food was served in the buffet. Location was so convenient too.! Staff was also helpful and nice.
