Great location. Helpful staff.

The rooms could be slightly cleaner. There was lots of dust on the table.

Location is ok

Staff was very rude , at the time of checkout there one spoon was missing and they charged us 100 thb.

Small fridge, electric kettle, good water pressure and temperature for the shower ?.

They charge for a guess, what?! They said it was hotel policy but they can't show you the policy, smh. They never replaced my water, so I couldn't make tea or coffee. I was told that I can't drink room water outside of the hotel, what, why not?! Hotel policy again, smh. When it was time to check out I was confronted about hotel water bottles, what?! They ask, "Where are your water bottles, you only have one?" Are you serious? I saw a bug in the room. Restaurant closes at 5 or 6 p.m. so you only can breakfast, possibly lunch but not dinner.

The location was great, less than 5 minute walk to the beach. The Central Pattaya mall is right next door, just a minute walk to the entrance. The room was huge and the bed was comfortable. There a nice pool in the courtyard. There was a 7-11 right next door and street vendors along the street of the hotel. Breakfast at the hotel was good and cheap.

Only the Location

Kokroach and Ant every where in the room. Chinese Kokroach and small Ant. Complained several times, but no proper steps. Another is, Wi-Fi. Very poor Wi-Fi connection.

Reception staff angry all the time even never smile Treat u bad way both shift I never thing stay this hotel again Only one thing was good the location I requested Booking.com pass message to hotel for connect room then I got reply thru booking its depend of availability when u check in When I arrived the hotel they said we don’t have connect room n booking.com never asked us this hotel built without connect roomI don’t know why booking.com pass wrong information

Location couldn’t get any better for what you pay, legit walked across the road to the mall and a very short walk to the beach. So glad we booked this hotel, was very easy and cheap. We didn’t get breakfast so don’t know what it was like, but rooms were very roomy, beds were comfortable and everything worked fine.

The only problem is the femal front desk was very Rude and unfriendly , may be she is Manager of Hotel , most staffs are very helpful and friendly

Faded grandeur - didn't quite realise its potential.

Very horribly maintained, phone connections to the reception were disabled almost in all rooms, cockroach running everywhere. For every complain response was we are closing the hotel in May for renovations

Staff were reasonably helpful and happy. Rooms wer clean and good size

Pool area is nice

Where do i start...was not cheap at all, my room was unkept, needed renovation as does the whole hotel. , no information in my room, gym was closed, quite dirty . Breakfasts were not good at all. Most staff unfriendly. Patio door did not close.

The breakfast fruit wasn't great cheap quality fruit the breakfast was disspointing. The aircond was dirty the power plugs were doggy the room needed a going over the air from the aircond fix it or replace it very overpriced room. The staff at the front were not honest. I asked if there was a vacancy for the night they said they were booked out. So I got onto booking.com there were a few rooms online. So I booked one night online they that's how we stayed one night only. Never again

Close to central Pattaya. Not for a long time

Very warned out. Needs clean and repair ..There are very dirty rooms and you can get better room if you are persistent asking to give you a normal living conditions

Nothing i left after one nite was booked in for 4 nites

Bed was a rock pillow was bad rooms were dirty and cockroaches would never go there again

Great location , breakfast was good and very quiet inside hotel . Staff were always welcoming.

Close to central festival shopping centre, also next police station, and beach.
