The hotel is on very good location. Near the beach and main walking street plus food restaurants.

There was no carpet in the room. Washroom was very small. And the tea and coffee are not chargeable.

Amazing staff in the perfect location. Hotel has some older amenities but is clean and well maintained. We stay every time we are in Pattaya!

1. There was no running hot water from taps. No alternative arrangement or information was provided on this. This made our stay in the 2 rooms miserable.2. The condition of the bath tub was disgusting that we couldn't even step into it.3. The property and room itself was in very bad condition with wrecked walls and furniture4. The rooms didn't have lockers in them5. The lift doors would shut very quickly that I git jammed in them couple of times during my 1 night stay

Location is close to the beach, restaurant, supermarket and laundry. Concierge staff is hospitable.

I have booked the hotel by looking at the property photos. Whereas the actual scenario is different. The actual situation is attached in this photo.1. Reception staff is not friendly.2. Room telephone was not working and not fixed even after complaining.3. There is no exhaust in the bathroom. When requested for a different room, they have showed other rooms. But all the rooms are in the same condition.4. Breakfast is not value for the money.5. On the day of check out the staff cut down the power at 12pm without any intimation. They have come and informed about the checkout after switching off the power.6. Reception staff is not polite. When requested about why they haven't asked me about extension they said they have called my room few times which is not working.7. Hot water was not working half of the time on our 8 day stay.8. Additional money for extra bed, early checkin, early checkout which is acceptable. But the staff treating the guest is rude.9. Staff at reception requires training.

The staff were amazing and very very helpful, the cleaners were very good and very polite, the reception staff were also very polite and helpfull, the bell boys were just amazing could not do enough to help, and we're always friendly and polite

Location was great, near Terminal 22 shopping mall and close to the airplane night food bazaar. Staff were amazing, warm hospitality, friendly and welcoming. Room was quiet and clean.

In a good location. The service from staff was very good. The shower was powerful so you could have a good shower.The pool area was great. Also downstairs you can play pool ?.

The room was ok, but not optimally clean. Bed was not very comfortable. Bathrooms need to be renovated and overall premises need an uplift or renovations.

Nice pool. Location near the beach. Plenty of restaurants nearby. We were in transit to the islands and wanted a cheap place to crash for the night.

The property is tired and dated. The AC system leaked water all over the floor. The deck was very tight. They required at 1000 TB security which may be typical of their clientele.

Booked a twin room and paid for breakfast.But had to pay for my guest.I wonder if she was not Thai would I still pay?Pool is on the third floor and no sun.

Lovely staff very helpful clean and tidy but very old and tired ...great location Had a problem with the AC first night but they moved me very helpful...Needed an extra night and they sorted it out ....Nice place just a bit tired

Choice at breakfast was a bit limited but great coffee ...

The breakfast was very basic and poorly presebted for the extra 150 baht it cost. The TV in our room was old and didn't work, although it was replaced quickly. The bathroom needs an overhaul.
