Nice location near beach and entertainment.

Staff not very helpful as they all watching videos on there cell phones. the place is dirty staff should get off there phones and clean.

Shower water was not warm and even after requesting to fix it was still not warm.bed matrass was extremely hard

I’ve been here before and like it enough to come back. It is off the main road enough to be quiet and close enough to the ocean to make a walk to it and other places easy.

I have no complaints.

The location is the best thing that this place is situated 20 minutes from Central Festival and Walking Street. So, you can easily walk to each places. The place is not high end but just 2-3 stars that is comfortable enough to stay alone or as a couple. The place is clean but a bit old.

Room's not as described,bed uncomfortable, air conditioner not working,asked for room change kept getting told later then in a day finally gave up

No wow factor, but value for money.Really friendly staff, and amazing wiev from rooftop pool.Would definitely book another stay if I should return.

The only thing to like about the hotel is the location. Other than that there is nothing else.

Lots of points.1. The rooms is in a rundown state.2. No arramgement of hot water in the roor to make coffee or tea 3. No safe deposit box in the room.4. The telephone in the room to contact the recepton does not work

The staff were helpful and friendly, room was nice and clean with a comfortable bed. The location was great 2 minutes walk to the beach restaurants and shops in walking distance and nice bar on the property and right across the road was the Sportsman Pub and Restaurant with a great Sunday roast. I'll stay there again

Only one tiny elevator for 9 floors...

Great location, 5 minutes walk from the beach. Surrounded by a great choice of bars and restaurants. Room was spacious, cleaned every morning. Bed was comfortable. Lovely hotel ran by friendly staff.

Internet was terrible and the lifts are slow, best to take the stairs.

Hotel manager was friendly.Small pool but a nice view. Hotel location near beach.The whole area towards Walking Street is more for Indian people, with lots of Indian restaurants and businesses. It's quite dirty and noisy, and the atmosphere isn't very pleasant. I felt like I was in India, not Thailand.

The reception staff and the manager were friendly, and he could speak English. However, the rest of the reception staff, especially on the night shift, didn't speak English at all, which is quite strange for the location and tourist area. I was given a room with a very old TV and it was a family room, so I could hear sounds from the next room, like people talking or watching TV. Upon request, I was given an LCD TV and after three days, I was also moved to a different room. Overall, the hotel was very old, the walls were dirty, and the cleaning quality was, in my opinion, very poor. The cleaning lady was nice and we resolved everything I needed every day.

The entire place. The beds were old and the springs were about to pop out... It was a noisy place. The bathroom had a bad smell. The water had a bad smell. We were in room 306 & 307 the air con made a terrible noise the entire time. So we had to switch it off. The staff were not helpful nor were they friendly! I asked for a bed topper because the bed was so uncomfortable, they said they only had one bed topper for the whole hotel... And it was being used in another room...i advise anyone thinking of booking this hotel think again! The pictures on booking are a lie! The room. Was tiny barely any place to move. The furniture looked a 100 years old and I don't mean antique old! I have no idea how this place a a 7.4 rating on Booking.com... It should be 1
