Eastern Grand Palace Hotel

Staff were lovely , rooms are cleaned daily, a good gym and great pool. A great variety offered at breakfast .

There was a telephone that kept ringing in the hallway which is annoying when you are trying to sleep in. Hot meal options were cold by 8.30 at breakfast and I m sure they would have been delicious hot!

Breakfast was very good.

Room is not soundproof, you can hear everything, a lot of door slamming from other guests and sound of train from outside while you're sleeping. Beautiful hotel but outdated. Would be nice if they have live band and souvenirs shop.

Breakfast

Disgusting room. Dirty room with hair in the bed and in the shower. Noisy location. They charged me twice for my stay. I was over charged double the room charge on my credit card. The beds are rock hard. Worst hotel I ever stayed at. Just terrible.

Large spacious hotel, good parking,

A little dated but in good condition,but for me, it was the bed. This is the hardest bed I have ever tried to sleep in.air con takes a while to make a difference.

I checked in and 2 hours later was told they couldn’t charge my card and had to leave, they wouldn’t try my card with me there. I left and booked another hotel and the next day was charged full price for a no show fee, and the hotel and booking will not refund my money

Quiet location away from the hustle of Pattaya.

The basic gym Not enough weights for men, only light weights.Full Ashtrays left and smoking around the pool. Swimming pool requires daily cleaning as there was dust and flys on top of the water. Was unable to get an English breakfast from the A a cart menu

Air conditioning room

Very old and dated. Shower didn’t put out hot water. Complained to staff but nothing was done. Please, this place needs help

Comfortable, lovely staff and very clean

I only stayed for one night so it didn't matter to me. The hotel is quite a way from Pattaya centre. The bathroom is quite old

Big room

Air conditioning is old, not working properly and noisy. Phone is not working. Shower in toilet is not strong.Finally, I managed to change the room.and again, quality of the bed is not the same. It's a bit more hard than the old room. I don't bother to change the room again

Staff were exceptional! The bed was firm which is perfect for me. Great pool, very clean.

No microwave, but as many street stalls around this never was an issue.
