Breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety and great juices.

Most of the staff were not fluent in English so I had to use my Google translator on cellphone.

Location was amazing , reception are extremely supportive let’s check in early

Breakfast need to have more variety and more options, it’s good but could be better

Upgraded the room to Sweet room for family, appreciated!!!

They changed my room number last minute as I was supposed to have a city view but instead gave me third floor, very disappointed

Check in process was quick and professional. We were accomodated in a annexe behind the main hotel . It was raining while we were staying and there was no cover between the blocks. They would do well to cover it from the elements. We needed a room service there was very spotty WiFi for us to place an order. While we attempted to give an order on landline, the person who was at the other end did not know English. We had to run the gauntlet of rain for the order. They would do well to address these issues.

The staff are useful and very friendly. The facilities are not so new, but tidy and clean. Rooms always cleaned well. Design made in traditional art way. Good lighting. Big bath. Location is suitable for walking to many different places. Parking.

Soundproofing in the apartment is not so good. Some moldy smell always when entering the room. Probably in the air conditioning. The lighting buttons were very modern and nice, but main button was lighting blue during all night just straight near our heads. Breakfast “not bad but not fantastic” for 5 stars. Other things are very fine.

The Breakfast was very limited and regularly same menu. Needs to be added Indian food or continental and also vergietarian is very less option, the food such as bread, jams, Breakfast hall we have noticed there are lots of flies and I would like to suggest to ensure all food is appropriately covered and serve with beter hygiene to the guest.

Required to improve Breakfast menus by Aiyara palace. Bathroom tub water is leaking always.Required to improve guest comments and to keep the things for the guest very safe manner.

This is walking distance from Terminal 21 and there are plenty of shops, restaurants and bars nearby. It is clean, even though it is an older hotel and is well located about a 20 minute walk from the beachfront. There is a small rooftop pool.

It is beginning to show signs of age and could do with a bit of a makeover. The pool only has a limited number of sunbeds and I did not manage to get one whilst I was there.

Somethings were not clean in room and there was no slippers.Also they merged two single beds to make them look like a double bed.

Good location, next to the main road.A few minutes walk to Terminal 21, few step to 7-11, massage and lot of bar and restaurants. Very clean and big room and attached bath tub, good water strength. but the bed is too soft for me.

Thai Breakfast is good but for western breakfast was decent but don’t have fries bacon.?

This is a basic hotel. It is quite old and as such a bit tired but the rooms are bigger than usual. It’s clean and functional.

The breakfast is terrible. Better not to include it and buy elsewhere.. I did not expect much and was still let down. Poor selection and poor quality. It was busy in the restaurant at 8.00 am on a Saturday and many things had run out and seemed were not being replaced even though I waited for 15 minutes.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the location was great .

Breakfast was a bit boring, the koi fish looked sad , the water was too shallow and they just looked bored , looks cruel . There was a large rat in the garden out front .

Room was big Air con. Good .Seconed bulding and location good .Entrance through the alley .Relatively quiet.The cleaner on the 4th floor is lovely..The reception was nice.

NOT a 5 star hotel .No slippers. No robe. No toothbrush.Old furniture.. An old chair in the room.Towels are torn and have holes.The large bed had 2 small mattresses connected and it was impossible to sleep like that.I paid for a large bed not for 2 small ones connected..You only get one ticket per room. I didn't want to ask for a second one because I understood they wanted money for it.I didn't understand why there was only one nightstand next to the bed and not two, and then I saw that the electrical switches were in the middle and not on the side as is customary..

A very nice hotel. I have stayed here before and it only gets better. Lovely staff and very helpful, especially the lady who was cleaning my room, She was always very helpful and very cheerful.

All okay with me. Nothing to complain about.

Only thing missing was a microwave and a bigger fridge freezer would have been great ?

Everything exceptional.

It was very clean with easy access into the center but also be plenty going on around the the hotel, bars restaurants shops
