I had to go to the lobby with a concern as no one answered the phone; There were no towels in my room. I had to have someone bring them; The safe had to be reset so I could use it.

The shower was broken in my original room, so I moved to another much better room

Not a great deal

It was not in keeping with 5 ? hotel. Lots of areas let it down. Bedrooms very run down, no hot water, choatic breafast service to point only attended once. Front reception staff poor english and always appeared too busy to give their time.

The room size for Sea View are good. Nice balcony to enjoy the sunrise and sunset. Walking distance to Beach. Worth for the price paid.

Furniture and doors need a definite upgrade. Lifts are very slow in relation to the capacity. A bit far from the Sea activities and food street.

Close to the beach, and walking distance to everything.

Bathroom was very small with no counter space. The bathtub could be removed, it was annoying to get in and out of leaked water on the floor every time we used it.

Staff was not courteous. Even though there were lots of empty rooms available, they made me wait for couple of hours. First room assigned was crappy in corner and dirty. To make room change they asked me to pay extra 500 bhat / night. I wouldn't recommend

The breakfast buffet was delicious and there were many options. I liked the pools and fitness room. Loved our balcony view.

We stayed for one week and housekeeping would take our towels and not replace them with new ones on several occasions. I think they had a towel shortage. Both pools needed more chairs. They were always gone by 9am. The lighting in our room was too dim. Needs more light.

Great location with a beautiful ocean view. Breakfast was good, and I appreciated having strong water pressure and reliable hot water. The facility itself is a bit old and somewhat outdated, but overall it was a comfortable stay.

Good accommodation, but in comparison with the stay two years ago, a significant drop in quality, smaller selection of breakfast, overall poor hotel, lack of maintenance.It can be seen that the owner of the hotel is desperate to save money

Room was not good bathroom with hair in bathroom floor hall way smell badly ? food ok coffee ok .

Ocean view from Exec suite. Plenty of water provided. Walkable location.

Wifi did not work for whole trip, and staff sent to check could not fix. Power outage several times during the weekend. Breakfast is not vegan/vegetarian friendly. Shower water backs up and slowly let's out.

The room that I had was not well maintained— needed to fix a bit ka, loose hinges and no lamp for reading ? but it’s ok ?? thanks

Nice , clean , yummy breakfast and beautiful location

Mostly quiet, friendly staff.

Changed rooms, but due to misunderstanding, I came back to be locked out of my room. Response when I called was fairly blunt. A hassle to get corrected and requiring me to pay room service bill upfront, instead of on checkout later was unexpected. Many small issues but not a bad stay overall.

Not too noisy, right across from beach, good breakfast and other food. Staff pleasant.

Phone doesn't work so unable to order room service or other. Air conditioner control very confusing. Wifi stopped working-staff reset it, but still didn't work, or rarely working. Sometimes the light switches by the bed don't work.

Pool was good. View from room was great. Check in and out was very easy

Breakfast was not too my liking. Location was a little bit far from the centre of town but it was a good walk for exercise and you can get a baht bus back

Great staff. Good breakfast. Near the beach with 7x11 nearby amd many massage shops and market

Poor maintenance, noisy A/C, old room decoration

The view was the best, that is about it for us

Room smells of dampness, dust everywhere in cupboard. Although bed was made clean everything else ruined it with mold. Was not fresh at all.
