Woodlands Hotel and Resort Pattaya

Location was amazing and the rooms are spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Love the place. The environment is quiet and relaxing. Bed is comfortable. Staffs are nice. Breakfast is impressive both food and bakery especially,croissants Wifi is smooth. Overall is fine. I like it.

Some stuff in room is a bit old. Because furniture is made of wood, it has a musty smell. However, on our last day, we went out for strolling and took some photos around swimming pool. At 11.45, we went back to the room to get our bags ,but we couldn't open the door as our keycards were invalid which was so weird because the checkout time was 12.00.The staff gave a confusing excuse for that.

Location was near to Terminal 21 and several underrated restaurants. Nice peaceful layout which was like a small bubble of tranquility within the high energy of Pattaya. Breakfast quality was that of a high end resort but with fewer options.

Way too many mosquitoes. I’d suggest spraying the grounds periodically. Simply opening the front or balcony door brought in a swarm of mosquitoes.

Location, Service, Breakfast is the best.

Air con is really outdated and not fully functional.

A few small improvements, add something under the chair next to dressing table to stop the “nails on a blackboard noise” when you use it, add something to wardrobe doors to stop banging when closing, could hear this late at night/early morning in the next room, soundproof door to room, add handrail to pool steps and general upgrade to pool.

Stayed here six years ago and loved it. Now the rooms look tired and we had problems with ants and mosquitos in our room. Breakfast still very good and very well located.

The breakfast is very great, the staff is very friendly, there are three swimming pools, suitable for vacation. Very close to the terminal 21 shopping mall and night market.

There is a lack of charging near the bed in the room

Location and the bed was comfortable.

The pool whilst cleaned daily was freezing cold, no one was using it for that reason!

Nice for a vacation stay, comfortable and the staffs here are friendly.

Room was. Nice very quiet. Good Breakfast with plenty of choice. Location was good close to terminal 21 and short walk to beach. Baht bus close so easy to get around.

Woodlands has a very nice feel and as the rooms face in this means it is a quiet location away from the noise of Pattaya. It is low rise and the area around the pool is lovely. The staff are very nice the rooms a good size. The bathrooms are good quality. The pool bar is nice but not open all week. Good pizzas!!It is well located for the Songthaews taxis along the beach road. Well located near Terminal 21 shopping centre.

We last stayed here 10 years ago and there are some bits of the property that could do with updating. The pool floor needs attention. I had forgotten the pool is very shallow so great for kids but not so great for an adult to swim. The bar and the spa were not open during our stay which is a shame. Although these didn't impact on the stay.

Room ok, needed a little TLC but more than acceptable. Have stayed many times I can see the competition has increased so Woodlands needs to brighten the rooms up a little.

The staff were great, the pool was lovely and our room was in the perfect location of the hotel.

People putting their towels down on the sunbeds early morning but did not appear at the pool well in to the afternoon, although there is a notice advising not too.

Nice resort in a perfect location in Pattaya. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was more then enough with lots to choose from.

The first room they gave us smelled like mold, also some in the shower. They were very fast in giving us another room which smelled better, and had no mold present.
