Nova Gold Hotel Pattaya

Nothing - Please don't book in this hotel. They are big cheaters. They asked extra money during check out in rude way. She even told us she is going to call the police if we don't pay the extra money. we don't have time argue with her as we have flight

1. The front desk doesn't even know the basics how to talk to customer. 2. They asked extra money by saying the the pillow cover is dirty and some ink mark in it. when we looked in to it , very minor ink mark. front desk staff told that if u don't pay

Price and location is very good!

Strange noise every 2-5 mins. inside building. Like water pump or smth.

The room size is big and the rate of the price i paid is decent.

Wifi is horrible and the hotel is located far from the town center even though they provide tuk tuk one way to the town center but had to walk quite a distance back to the hotel. There is no restaurant inside the hotel and the swimming pool is very small.

Great hotel for the price. Nice staff.

Nice rooms. Serviced efficiently. Quiet. Security and reception staff good.

Shower took a long time to heat up. If up before about 10am it wouldn’t heat up at all and I had to have a cold shower.

The bed was comfortable, room size is good, bathroom was big and staff was great.

The location is a bit far from the CBD, the AC needed work as it wasn’t working properly upon arrival but it was fixed after I alerted staff/engineering. The shower needs maintenance as the water trickles/leaks out of shower head.

I was there for a week, before they told me about the Free rooftop pool at the Nova Hotel next door. You folks should have told me from Day One !!

The tiny POOL

the staff are very good clean rooms the location is out the way a bit but was close enough to walk to all the main parts of pattaya . The area is getting more good places to eat with good food at nice prices

when i first got they the only thing i didnt like was the area i thought it was too far out the way for me but when i got to know it better i found the sort cuts and found it easy to get everywhere .And also only having 1 lift could take some waiting for

A very pleasant trip Manager Nui and her staff were very friendly efficient and made guests feel at home location very good far enough from noise from bars and close enough to walk

Nothing to dislike

It was quiet in a great area not far from terminal 21, Soi6, and other locations. The staff was friendly and very welcoming to all of my needs

Really good place, in 100m radius u have 7/11 shop, laundry mashins, restaurant, massage, clubs(u really don't hear it from outside), parking area, taxi, and scouter rent, in 15 mínus walking u have a few gigantic mals, alcazar and Tiffany show, 10 minutes from the beach, soi6, food markets Clean up every day Unlimited towels 2 bottles of water for drinking every day Pool and gym free(they give u additional towels for it)Hairdryer, refrigerator and kettle I had a shower and bath Air conditioner Good and fast WiFi Security check before lizards and snakes around the hotel and pool frequently

Pool and gym closed at 10 pm, but u can always go to the beach My hairdryer is turning off every 2 minutes AC and electricity turning off if u leave the room, so u can't charge if u go away from room, and need to wait at least 10minutes to cool down ur room after returningThey give u Nescafé fast coffee but, I'm missed really good one, recommend to buy at near shop some Be good to have some ice for drinks

Location was decent. 10-15 minute walk to night market and beach.

Room felt outdated and old. Room smelled musty

If they had some cutlery and dishes and bowl. This place would be 11/10

Really enjoyed the room, it was comfortable, clean and in a great location, lots of storage space for clothes so was a bit of a home from home feel. Would definitely stay there again.

Can’t fault anything, l liked my stay and the availability facilities including the pool. All the staff were friendly and courteous. Location was central.

This hotel doesn't lie about the stars. Yes, I can give it good european 4 stars. Very friendly and helpful staff, very good location close to everything and at the same time no noise. Good rooms.Only one thing I can recommend, please provide the paper people can hung on the door "don't disturb" or " please clean up my room". I sleep till 13:00 PM here and would not to be disturbed. Thank you.
