Fantastic hotel! I liked it so much, I extended one more night. Big and comfortable bed, spacious, great location - walking distance to Terminal 21 mall and tons of eateries and groceries outside. Highly recommend.

The shower was inconsistent with its hot and cold water. The hotel staff gave me a recommendation to solve it, and it helped but it can be a minor issue. Although, I would stay here again despite it.

This is my second time at Woodlands. Both times I stayed in the Executive studio. Beds are great, has all the amenities one needs. Toothbrush, paste, iron, cups, plates etc. Its for long stay so its like living in an apartment with a kitchen. Great place for me and my two sons. We only stayed one night but this place is kind of my go to place in North Pattaya. Right across the street from Terminal 21 and its also very family oriented. Its not cheap but worth the price is you can splurge a little. The locations is the key but the room set up is large and has two TVs. Very clean and well-kept. I didn't try the breakfast this time as my sons and I wanted to splurged a little and had breakfast at La Baguette. The restaurant they own on the front. Its a bit pricy but well worth it. Probably one of the best breakfast I had in a very long time. For me and my two 8yo sons the bill came out a little over 2,000b. Coffee was good, juice was natural, pancakes well platted and proper use of good ingredients as well as the Premium breakfast I had. Staff was nice but wished they were a little friendlier and not as aloof. But professional regardless. One last thing I like to give a mention is to Khun YO. The front lady who checked me in. She was kind, funny and personable. A great start for arriving at Woodlands after a 3Hour drive from Bangkok. I work as and F&B in a hotel in Bangkok for the last 15 years. Usually when you arrive at a Hotel the perception starts when you arrive at the property. How clean it is, how well its kept, and staff usually makes a huge difference in the overall experience of the stay. So she did an excellent job.

The staff are unhelpful and getting food on site is an absolute nightmare Couldn’t get breakfast the first morning, the second morning couldn’t get any coffee got the wrong breakfast on the third day. Ordered orange juice and a salami pizza got a salmon and anchovy pizza with tomato sauce, so didn’t get anything to eat at the hotel that day! Reception said sorry and to order all food through them The Italian bistro was never open so can’t review

Room is big and able to see Firework clearly during countdown festive, Breakfast is Superp espeically Khoa Soi - really great taste

The room are spacious, well maintained and very clean. The swimming pool area is well equiped and breakfast buffet is amazing. We trully enjoyed our stay here and all the employees are very kind and always ready to help.

The best part of this resort was the spacious room with the accesse to the public swimming pool and the bathroom. Actually, the room was much better than I expected. Most staff members were friendly and helpful.

On the 13th of June, my mum and I visited your resort for holiday.This trip was planned by me for quite a long time to celebrate the mother and daughter time of our first traveling overseas together. Both of us were thrilled. However, when we stood in front of your reception to check in, a male receptionist spoke to us like a cold machine with unfriendly and indifferent attitudes to respond to my basic inquiries. I was thinking that he might be upset about something. Moreover, what I tried was being considerate. Next day, I went to the reception to ask about the price of the indoor comfortable slippers offered in our room. The same staff as we arrived yesterday. His attitude was rude and impolite, and he only told us to wait until he had time to figure out if the resort still had it with inpatient facial expression without greeting, smiling, and answering my questions again. This was the first time I had experienced such a terrible and unacceptable service of a resort receptionist during my travel. Due to this unpleasant experience, I am seeking for his apologies to us for the unacceptable behaviour he displayed. By the way, his name is Pravith.Yours Sincerely Sarah Y

Outstanding hospitality & efficient service. Facilities are all in order. Clean all around. Delicious breakfast with variety of dishes. Location is a bit off Central but reachable with abundant ehailing service.

This is a nice small hotel well located in North Pattaya. Across the street from Terminal 21. And next door to the SPACE hotel. Our room was the executive studio. Older room but we loved it. We had stayed 2 nights at the SPACE hotel and coming here was refreshing as our room size was 63sqm for a family of 4. Two young boys. So we had plenty of space. There is a living area and a kitchen. Our room overlooked the pool. Beds were nice and they were kind enough to not charge us for an additional bed. Check in was fast and all the staff was super nice. One man in particular stood out. I was walking with my son looking for the morning breakfast and we stumbled into the Italian Restaurant. The man, (Tall man )whom I presume was probably a manager of the Italian restaurant was very kind. He basically walked me and my son to the buffet breakfast. This is what I call, service and going the distance to provide for a great customer satisfaction. The breakfast was good. Lots of selections and good coffee. Plenty of hot food and good amount of variety. They have 3 pool areas. A shout-out to the maids, every morning I would see them and they would say hello and smile. They did a tremendous job. This will most likely be my go to hotel when I go back to Pattaya. As I live and work in Bangkok as a F&B Manager for a 5 star hotel, I was very impressed with this property. I will definitely be back to this hotel.

Pool access suite wonderful. Quiet. Patio in shade from 1pm. Pool fully shaded mid afternoon.

The room was very clean and comfortable, swimming pools and territory amazing. Close to shopping malls. Breakfast was good enough.

Had free upgrade advertised the day I bought accommodation which was the day of arrivalWhen I arrived they said mistake no upgrade available but after 10 heated min in reception I got upgradedThis is something I have noticed a lot in Asia which is false advertising!

Cockroach in the room. Not clean and cleaned swimming pool. Bath was very slowly to fill in.
