Floors needed to have been swept better, especially behind and under furniture.

The staff were very professional, courteous, and helpful. The breakfast and late afternoon / evening meal was very well prepared with plenty of choice.

Large rooms, excellent staff, great location

Not that I didn’t like it but the staff for the breakfast was excellent …. Maybe more of a breakfast selection would be nice … for me it seemed more like a lunch but it has to cater for everyone

My recent return-stay at the Four Seasons Place Hotel in Pattaya was, in a word, exceptional. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, the experience was flawless! The service truly stands out. The staff were absolutely wonderful—attentive, friendly, and genuinely dedicated to making my stay comfortable. The reception team made the check-in process seamless, and the check-out was just as excellent, handled quickly and efficiently.The dining experience was another major highlight. The optional breakfast buffet was beautiful, offering a good variety of high-quality dishes. Room service was also excellent, arriving quickly and with fantastic presentation (I had the sausage platter). Furthermore, the food quality across the board was high including in the Spice Cafe, and the drinks served in the Gin Bar were fantastic, especially during the enjoyable buy-one-get-one happy hour!Finally, the accommodation was superb. Our room (junior suite) was fantastic—clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable. It provided a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. WiFi was very fast and the gym is very well equipped! I highly recommend the Four Seasons Place Hotel to anyone visiting Pattaya. It is a true gem offering top-tier service and superb value.

I really do like the Four Seasons Place Pattaya for my frequent getaways from Bangkok!! The staff are all amazing and truly care about my comfort and needs! Every room here is a suite and usually I choose the junior suite at incredible rate. I choose optional breakfast and like their morning buffet and the room-service food is likewise delicious. Great happy hours and free shuttle service! Very fast WiFi! Thanks and see you soon again!

The hotel is beautifully designed with tasteful decoration. It is conveniently located near the main party area of Pattaya, just a 15-minute walk to Central Pattaya Mall. The breakfast was simple but just right, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We stayed for 3 nights and truly enjoyed our time.Overall, such a pleasant and charming place to stay!

They could work a bit more on the maintenance. But I think they are working on it.

I’m a returning guest and love this hotel because of outstanding service and rooms which are actually all suite-rooms. I stayed the smallest “junior suite” with 60 spm including separate living space, kitchenette and balcony and suite was tip top clean! Great shower, fresh linen and very good WiFi! The gym is also great with high quality equipment and love their “free on demand shuttle in a nice aircon car” to Soi Bukaow or Central Festival shopping and beach which is only about a 5+ minute ride. Great reception & restaurant staff and breakfast buffet was super (I purchased last minute at the restaurant for just 190.-). Enjoyed the happy hours at their Gin & Spice “buy 1 get 1” for cocktails and “beer bucket buy 2 get 3”. I ordered their Eagyu burger in room service and was absolutely delicious! Thanks to all staff and will be back soon !!!

The spacious room in our junior suite was very enjoyable. Having two separate AC units was a huge plus. We were able to keep the temperature in the bedroom different from the temperature in the living area.The kitchen came with a pair of silver forks & spoons, plates, and bowls. There is a stovetop for cooking (pots and pans not included).The microwave worked great for heating leftovers. We enjoyed our large dining room table. The big refrigerator was clean, with its own separate freezer. The TV had lots of channels and an excellent picture. The TV remote worked. The couch was comfortable and big enough to sleep on. I could fall asleep on the couch in front of the TV just like I do in my own home!! We loved the cozy little balcony with a good view of the city. The king-size bed is very comfortable and warm(we deliberately kept the air temperature cold). The shower worked great. Room cleaned daily. Freindly staff! Location is half a minute's walk to 7-11, and a five-minute walk to the bar scene off Soi Buakhao. This hotel is quiet and relaxing, with a feeling of luxury. Friendly staff! We will stay at this hotel again on our next trip.

There is nothing that we didn't like about the hotel itself. Please be aware that in order to get from the hotel to the bar scene on Soi Buakhao, one has to cross the two-way traffic on 3rd Road. For a pedestrian crossing the street, it can be a bit intimidating with the fast-moving traffic. But you'll get used to it. Please dont let the hotel's location deter you from staying here. (Note: the 7-11 is on the same side of the street as the hotel).

The rooms seem a decade or two out of date with no real maintenance completed. With the doors to the balcony, they didn’t close fully, so noise came in and AC air left. There were cracks in tile floors of the bathroom which you could cut yourself on, the furniture was frayed or just ripped in multiple places, the list goes on

Bed was small for family with infants and sofa was in ruined condition, swimming pool was not suitable for kids

The place was antique old property the light sparks while were sleeping and smells burnt made us panic! We found out that the building was built in 1965. The information was always in error their system is not accurate with what i booked. They told me i have 5nights stay and gave me my receipt but i have booked for only 2nights, they’re confusing. I booked for a family room i declared the number of person but in our checking in they let me book another 1 room. I will not come back again to this place Four Season Hotel that was the last.

Disappointing

The hotel could do with a bit of a refurbishment the chair & sofa were nearly threadbare the floors in the room were showing there age. The two staff service lifts were both not working. The mosaic tiles in the pool were in a poor state with many missing.

Emergency sirens at times due to hotel being close to hospital and fire station. Also some motorcycles with load exhausts racing on main road. New double glazing would help problem. However, I would definitely stay there again. Thank you.

Apartment was excellent with some minor issues with air-conditioning, bath tub choking, broken door handle in balcony, but all were managed promptly by hotel staff.Swimming Pool was very hazy and unhygienic for 2 days out of 3 days of our stay, and it's deep, so not recommended for kids if you don't know swimming as no life guard is also available, however, they do have safety tubes and gear for kids enjoyment in pool.Restaurant Manager and his local staff at breakfast were not very friendly at all and were annoying as when we asked to change unhygenic cut fruits on which insects were seen flying, they replaced with lot of debate on 1dt day and from next day they simply refused to change it saying it's normal and wr can go and check with hospital if eating such fruits is hygienic....pathetic service.Their Indian Chef, Mr. Vijay tried his best to makeup for such experience and did everything possible to give quality service and food for our kids and us, sincerely appreciate his dedication and good service.The reception team is very welcoming and supporting.Overall a very good stay except the poor breakfast experience due to unprofessional local team at work !!

Position. Close to everything I needed

Cleaning of room. Very ordinary. Asked a few times for unit floor to be washed. Should be able to walk bare feet in unit and not get very dirty feet.I was having dental work. Had blood drips on my pillows. They were not changed. Just turned over??. When booked. Said fully equipped kitchen Not even a Toaster in room. Even basic motel rooms have a toaster??Cooking utensils supplied. Very poor condition.

Very good room,recption ,facilities and super break fast with affordable price.Above all what was advertised and I found same.
