Would recommend to anyone. Great pool. Great location. Great staff. Great budget hotel (anyone complaining needs to realize it’s not a Hilton.. it’s a Bella). It exceeded my expectations. I extended my stay here by a week and will def be back ??.

For the money it was OK, and it has a pool, which is a plus. Those tiny ants on the table have to be accepted I guess, that's nature.

This was definitely one of the best vacations we’ve ever had, and much of the credit goes to the dedicated hotel staff, especially the hotel manager, Ms. Bua.When we arrived, we had a small issue with the air conditioner, which we felt was not cooling properly. We contacted the staff and they responded immediately and professionally. Not only was the issue handled quickly, but we were also offered a different room that exceeded all our expectations.Throughout our stay, the entire staff was attentive, kind and helpful with anything we needed. We also noticed that this level of care was given to all guests. The service was truly high-level.Breakfast was also very good – fresh, tasty and with a nice variety.Highly recommended, and we would be happy to return

Nothing really. Everything was great, and the small issue was taken care of immediately.

The other Hotel run by the same owner is lot better with a totally different customer base

Especially the front desk needs to be looked at in detail. Staff don't speak good English and are a bit hesitant in cooperating. Even after staying for more than 25 days they didn't allow me to check out with one and half hour delay. Cleaning of breakfast tables also needs to be looked in details as the hygiene level is low during cleaning and they move the dirty pots even during someone having breakfast.

Cleaning of Rooms is done regularly. Location and pool is good. Indian friendly breakfast is available. Have a good pool.

It has multiple options spread in the breakfast. It has a nice swimming pool and a great location. Beach is only 500 meters and lots of Indian restaurant nearby if you are vegetarian or non-veg.

They should look at cleanliness especially common toilet in the ground floor. Staff at the reception should have been more courteous and should do check in and check out fast. Other staff serving at the floor level are very polite and helpful.

It was great value for money, good range of breakfast, laundry machines (not working this time), gym, swimming pools, sauna, plenty to do, it's a great hotel!

The staff that cleaned my room were excellent. They did a thorough job in cleaning the room. They were polite and professional. Also Iiked the location. WiFi connection was weak and random.

Too Noisy even at 4 AM with people having parties. When I arrived they insisted I pay for the room though I had paid in advance to Booking.com. Then after half an hour they released it was their error and they had mixed my booking with that of another guest. Even at time of departure they accused me of damaging their soap dispense and charged me 300 Bhat. We Had our own Shampoo and soup so we never even touched the dispense. When we had checked in, the dispense was on the floor which I pointed to the bell boy bring in my luggage. However, as I was getting late for the airport and at 4 AM there was no manager to argue with, I just paid the 300 Bhat and left.

Location is central

Hotel and area full of loud and smelling Indians. Room did not look like pictures, and there was a damp smell om mold in the room. Corridors not airconditioned.Many of other hotels in the area within the same price range with much better facilities and without indians.

The breakfast is really good and the cleaner (young girl and old lady for 2nd floor) is really very kind and their cleaning is also very good

WIFI and Toilet water pressure is not enough

It doesn't look like photos. It looks more old. The biggest problem a lot of Indian people staying and they are shouting all day like donkey. It is very hard to sleep. l never go back this hotel. If you ask me when you are booking becarefull. And reception personel is very bad. They never look your face when you are talking.
