Pinnacle Grand Jomtien Resort and Beach Club

The location suit my purpose of staying away from the busy Pattaya Beach Road and Walking Street. Garden villa compound was secluded. Well kept gardens.

lots of mosquito around the mosquito. Should have fog the area once a week. Beach sea water is not desirable for swimming - not crystal clean water with vegetation debris, rubbish from human activities and muddy sand --- not a fault from the hotel.

First experience of pool on villa, I liked it a lot, for a good price. They have nice swimming pools, beach, and good resort vibe. Hotel is not new, and well used, but we did not have issues with cleaning. Some reviews are bad, some excellent, I would give a good score for a nice price and resort vibe, calming relaxing with nice beach ButIf you want new paradise with clean beach it’s better to go to Phu Quoc, Vietnam

Locating a bit far from Jomtien 15-20 min Plus construction nearby

Sea view room at a good price. Staff were quite enthusiastic and helpful. There’s also a local style seafood restaurant within walking distance from hotel.

Not much variety for breakfast, only a few options. The fishy smell kinda ruined the beachfront vibe, hope the hotel looks into it.

Great environment in general. Very near to the beach, the entire hotel brings a homie and cozy feelings. Definitely coming back

The bathroom need fixing

It’s close to the beach. It has a club next to the resort which is very well set up with music, drinks and food

The breakfast was very low on variety and everyday was the same. It has no facility restaurant to have lunch or dinner

Not being in the main hotel. Paying extra to be in bungalows which were outdated.

Location, shower room, huge bed

Got wrong room to start. No contents in our mini bar. Ordered contents, never arrived. Fairly poor service in general.

Breakfast wasn't included

Very few of them, even on reception, speak English .Still waiting for security deposit refund on my card, they said it would take 2 weeks, it's been month since I checked out.The shoreline and sea water was super dirty.

I had a garden pool villa which is located across the road from the main hotel , nice quiet location with pools snaking through the villas. 5 minute walk to the beach.

Breakfast wasn’t great for the price paid , no bacon , no baked beans etc , mainly noodles and eastern dishes on offer. Fruit selection wasn’t great , x2 different melons and some pineapple sliced , expected more fruit variety considering it’s Thailand. Coffee was good.

Great pools. Staff were great. Breakfast was amazing, so much variety. Anything you can imagine for breakfast was provided! Beach restaurants with local flavour on the beach as well as ritzier options. We had a good stay at the resort and upgraded our room to be next to the pool for a couple more nights. Jump right off our patio into a quite private pool.

It was a bit pricey for the accommodation we had. Our room was a small cabin not in the rooms shown in the pictures on booking.com. We had access to pools that wrapped around the cabins. The restaurant food was okay but expensive. Not a lot of variety so would not stay too long at the resort.

There wasn't a restaurant at the hotel - only breakfast was available. Some of the air con units werevery noisy and needed upgrading.

No hot water and slow wifi

We had no hot water at all the whole trip and wifi was painfully slow. Room and toilet conditions were also very dated. Would not recommend.

Location as staying near friends house

We booked three strays at this hotel during our three week trip:16th – 20th Dec: 4 days in a garden villa @ £539.05 (£135 per night)26th- 30th Dec: 4 days in a pool view room @ £296.40 (£74 per night)30th- 2nd Jan: 3 days in a sea view room @ £407.17 (£136 per night)The service during all three stays was terrible, constantly having to ask for towels and toilet rolls (non left even though the rooms had been cleaned and old towels removed)The first villa had ants and other small insects crawling all over the floor and furnitureThe sea view room was extremely noisy with a generator right outside. Even though we didn’t have the air con on in the room, we were unable to sleep due to this horrendous noiseWe constantly had to request the basic towels and toilet paper and although these were provided on most occasions, we feel it unacceptable that we had to wait for up to an hour when returning to our room late in the evening.We reported the noise immediately (30th Dec) and provided a video of the noise (this was forwarded to the receptionist via What’s App at her request), but were told as the hotel was full, we were unable to move. The receptionist gave us the attached note and asked us to return the following day when we could speak to the manager. We did this(31st Dec) but nobody was available and were advised the manager would call us shortly. Nobody called.As we had plans with friends and were out all day, we were unable to return the following day until very late at night, again, unable to sleep due to the noise.We tried to get to speak to a manager the following day (1st), again when checking out, both without success and both times promised a call from the manager. Again, nobody called.We returned home very tired and without anything being resolved except being told to contact booking.com.I attach the note given to us initially and the video of the noise outside our room.As the upgrade room turned out not

the constant doof doof noise emanating from the beach side pool area - from midday til 9pm non stop - totally killed the peaceful beach vibe we were expecting

Nice beachfront resort 15 min from Pattaya city. This resort is like a nice park with lots of areas to walk around, trees, gardens and beach. Overall well maintained. Our room is very new and relaxing. The balcony opens to nice garden and pool.
