Good location very close walking distance to night life, bars, music,sea beach, Central Plaza, massage parlours,foods. Superb buffet breakfast changed daily. Freindly staff, security guard. Quiet, comfortable, clean room/ensuite, Secure parking.

The hotel offers great value for the price. The room was clean, functional, and comfortable, with good air conditioning and reliable Wi-Fi. Housekeeping kept everything tidy, and the overall setup worked well for a short stay. The location is convenient for getting around Pattaya, with food, shops, and transportation nearby.

Some areas could use updating, and amenities are limited compared to larger resorts. Noise from the surrounding area can occasionally be noticeable, depending on the room location. Great amenities and location!

Non availability of gym

The staff who did the check-in & check-out, location and the key card usage at the lower lobby to enter the building. Staff also was very nice, the first room check-in was quickly solved of the problem for the extra bed (eligible thru the Booking.com app + chat + Reservation call) but concluded without much hassle, thank you and much appreciated for the prompt actions! As for my own room quick and smooth check-in & check out. Enjoyed the rest of the stay pretty much.

This was my 3rd booking with Sunshine Hotel & Residence's and even the spiked rates(understandable) we got a lowered floor this reflects with a lowered view (still able to see most of the firework but not completely) and I even booked for my family an additional room just to be together in the same Hotel with normally a great view and superB location. And thought to be an additional booking for the Hotel.Furthermore, while upstairs seems to have plenty of rooms left during the Firework event, we didn't get the high floors view. I had Wi-Fi connection issue in my room on arrival where the page was entirely blank but once shared my concerns and test at the lobby, the issue seems to be resolved. Tho, the internet speed was great this time.I'm strongly considering and still thinking about the next trip for the Firework next year to come back or not, thru this efforts and hoped expectations.

I wanted to book a few more days to stay at the hotel and the price jumped to more than double.

GREAT LOCATION. BREAKFAST VERY GOOD FOR THE PRICE. HELPFUL STAFF. SURROUNDINGS WERE GREAT FOR SHOPPING, EATING AND CLUBBING. DRINKING WATER WERE PROVIDED DAILY. GOOD BEDDING. MY SECOND TRIP.

The hotel great location, went to soi 8 & soi 7 a lot of the time, the room was excellent very clean maid came every daybreakfast was brilliant

I booked myself into Sunshine hotel on Soi 8 for one week, I enjoyed my stay so much I ended up stay there for 5 weeks. My solo room was perfect size for what I needed, Water, coffee, creamer and sugar all available to me. Bathroom was nice and my room was kept neat and clean all the time.The reception staff was exceptional, the reception manager and his staff were amazing friendly and very helpful. So were the bell boys and security staff. Then as far as the breakfast buffet was always plentiful and delicious, many dishes to choose from, thank you to all the servers that always kept the dining g room area neat and clean, the sweet ladies making the fried eggs and omelette, always did an amazing job.Then the cleaning ladies always worked hard to keep my room clean and leaving is always beautifully clean. I want to thank all the wonderful Sunshine staff for my amazing experience and stay at the hotel. I look forward to when I see all your friendly faces and amazing work that you do. I wish I could have stayed longer

Very nice hotel. Good location. 5 minute walk to Beach Road. 24 hour 7-11 across street. Laundry onsite.Despite the things I didn't like, I would recommend this hotel, and I would likely stay there again. (Some staff members should be trained on dealing with customers in a friendly manner.)

1. Staff members behind the desk (check in/check out) were not friendly except one woman. No help at all getting taxi/car.2. Upon checkout had to wait 10+ minutes to have room checked before getting 500 baht refund.3. Mini-bar menu not present. I was charged 160 baht for 4 bottles of water. I didn't use the water in the glass bottles.4. Shower works fine, but the design is terrible. The foor gets flooded everytime the shower is used due to the design.

Location is good . nearby to many places , however if u dun like noises, it not a good place for u. as it is very noisy at night till wee hours since it nearby to the pubs a tiny 7-11 is just opposite the building , food is nearby , 5mins walk reach to sailor food shop, got massage parlor opposite building , beside 7-11. room size - is just nice for a couple , not too big nor too small , breakfast is international i guess but minimal , however it still acceptable. the staffs - are very friendly ,, alwys greeted with a smile

the bed is very hard . the room is very far from the lift, have to walk 1 whole round in order to reach the lift.
