If you hate nature, trees, and birds, don't stay here - go to Bangkok with constant noise, traffic and smell. Beautiful trees, and many beautiful birds that make noise all days. Beautiful pools. A beach in back most people don't even know about

Very friendly and helpful staff! Rare soft and comfortable beds! Exceptional breakfast with a huge variety! Excellent location for shopping and restaurants too! Nice large pool with beautiful banyan trees for shade!

No have net in the windows so can't live open for fresh air. I don't like air-conditioning

The hotel is in a good location opposite terminal 21 mall everything near by also the room was clean and the bed comfortable, the staff are friendly and helpful.

The gardens are nice. The breakfast is decent. The checkout was smooth. The bed was comfortable.

Checkin requested long form to be filled with passport of each person closely scrutinized and need to sign forms. Not sure if they do for all foreigners or only Indians. Payment for extra bed had to be paid in cash, scan or debit card was not allowed. Mosquitoes in room. Long walk to room. Quite an old property. Dirty sunbeds. Bathroom shower very old. Bathroom itself very old fashioned.

This is a gem of a three star hotel in a great location on the Dolphin roundabout, opposite Terminal 21. It is away from all the hub hub, bars, sleaze, etc, but close enough to access central Pattaya and Beach Road on a Baht bus.The pool is nice and has a child area.Breakfast is great and in a nice environment.We keep coming back here every time we visit Pattaya.The hotel and rooms have recently had a makeover, as it was looking a little tatty.

On this trip, it was the bed. I booked a double room, but we got two singles pushed together. My half was awful.

balcony position due to how the building is designed you face a wall and not the pool or gardens most ordinary rooms have a better view

Guest placing towels on sunbeds from early morning and we're not even there or using the pool taking them for themselves for all day. Very selfish. There should be a policy not allowing this so everybody can enjoy the facilities.

The Location was great next to Terminal 21 in the heart of all you need. Staff nice and friendly Food was good

Rooms need a upgrade especially bathroom The housekeeping was not at its best Majority of days but not all only the bed was made given fresh towels and water. The toilet dressing table and bedside tables mirror etc not cleaned nor the floor ( just swept) not mopped It never smelt fresh I had to ask at reception to have clean bedding we stayed 3 weeks. Real improvement needed there ( I don’t suppose many people would stay as long as we did and maybe not experience this) as they have a quick turnaround. The pool area was ok but sunbeds could do with being replaced not that comfortable and screws falling out of themBalconies could be more attractive

Excellent staff, clean and reasonably quiet. Wonderful location (very close to the beach, walking distance to good shopping options/restaurants etc. + on the main 'baht bus' routes).

I asked for a room on the highest floor possible + got a room on the 1st floor. Also, I felt that some other guests were leaving towels on the sun loungers (sun beds by the pool) for a number of hours, without using the sun lounger. Seems a bit selfish.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. It is in a great location and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast had a great selection. As for the pool, it is set in a nice garden environment.

I booked a room with a double bed, but I got a room with two beds pushed together. Also, the room I booked was supposed to have a shower and a bath, but it only had a shower. The view was said to be a pool view, but all I got was a view of other buildings (unless I looked to the left, then I could see the pool through the trees).

Good value for money, location ideal, opposite Terminal 21 Shopping Mall and a short walk to the beach. Room cleaned every day. Nice pool with plenty of loungers. Great breakfast with helpful staff.

Very quiet location in North Pattaya neat Terminal 21, but it's very easy to get around with the Baht bus very close by

The room was clean.and the bed was comfortable

Superior pool view room, but no pool view at all. Actually could see the rubbish dump area more than the pool.Offered room service from the restaurant by Steff from 10.30am till 10pm and the menu inside the room said the same but rang up at 9.15pm and it was closed. The restaurant never seemed to be open. The staff were great on leaving but the pool bar staff couldn't get off their phones to give me a towel and the room didn't get cleaned on Sunday, maybe they don't clean on sundays. The fridge is tiny and can't fit anything decent inside and the freezer is even smaller. The best thing about this hotel is its location..

We are return visitors to Sunshine Garden because it is ideally located & fulfills our needs. It was becoming a little tired looking, but we were surprised to see a different reception area, which had been totally renovated. This also applied to the rooms, which have now been brought up to date.The pool is nice, though get out there early to grab a sunbed!The buffet breakfast is very good, with attentive staff. The restaurant area has also been revamped.All staff are nice and very helpful.

Several items at breakfast were cold, where they should have been warm/hot.Bathroom sink plug was extremely stiff to operate.The mattress was dreadful (way too soft), and should have been replaced during the renovation. Probably my worst sleep here in the past seven years.The above will not put me off visiting again.

Quiet place in middle of busy area of PattayaThe resort is in the centre near the Terminal 21 and beach road is in walking distance.

The resort is being refurbished and the surounding is not well maintained. Grass was not cutted and it looked all over not looked after. Also the workers made quite noice while it was sunday morning. The bar near the pool was not realy an open bar.

I found the staff to be excellent and l found Tickey to be an exceptional yough lady very friendly and intelligent whose English was perfect

Close to beach and terminal 21. Had a lovely pool and breakfast was great.

Construction work going on in the rooms next door caused a lot of noise. Also rooms are older and can do with a refresh

Wi-fi was quite slow, and we could connect only three devices at the same time. It is impossible do to remote work online.
