The Green Park Resort

In the middle of a busy city, there is this hotel with a huge swimming pool, in a butifull garden, and small bungalows. It is a very relaxing atmosphere. Staff is helpfull. I never consider another hotel in Pattaya!

Beautiful pool with swim up bar and water slides and peaceful garden setting with plenty of large banyan trees. Very rare comfortable soft beds! Great customer service from the friendly staff! Excellent breakfast with a huge variety of food! Great location near malls and many restaurants too!

My wristwatch went missing in the room, and the staff denied any fault.

The Pool was great. Probably the best part of staying at this hotel. Large and has 2 sliders for young kids. The property itself caters to about 99% Russians/Eastern Europeans. Lots of families with young kids so its quite family friendly. Location was also good, a local restaurant right across from hotel for cheap and local food. And across the street from Terminal 21. The staff was very nice and all were polite.

Our room size was large. 2 rooms actually so one for our two sons and one for me and the wife with a living room. But way too expensive for what you get. You are only paying for the room size. It was 7,000B a night. It was large but very old and very basic cheap furniture you get at Ikea or etc. From the doors to the cabinets and table and chairs. All felt pretty cheap. I must say that the beds were very comfortable though. That was the best part of the room. The best are super soft. The furniture is very old and the cushions on the sofa don't even fit. IT constantly was slipping off the sofa because its too large for the sofa. Don't know why they don't just purchase a new sofa. None of the furniture was in good shape. They had some internet Cable TV that I found it rather difficult cuz most of the channels were not in English. Lots of Indian and Russian, European language channels but not too many in English. Also wifi is not strong in the room. Cleanliness is okay at best. And they have the basic amenities, slippers, qtips, toothbrush and shampoo and shower gel. Towels are old and ragged looking. On top of that they only give you 1 key card per room. Regardless how many people you have with you. We didn't try the breakfast and decided that we spend our money outside. I work in a hotel as well and I can sort of guess what kind of offerings they would have for breakfast so I didn't want to chance it and pay for it. This hotel is a 3 star property at best. Overall, our experience was not bad. It was just the price we paid was way over what it has to offer. There is a property across the street, WOODLANDS which offers almost same prices but with much better rooms and amenities. It was enjoyable but I don't think I would stay here again and I live in Bangkok. If the prices were more like a motel, then I would consider it but not at these prices they charge.

I came with my Thai wife, children and her family they were all amazed with the rooms and the facilities and also the food selection for breakfast The pool was excellent and the location was very good The staff were friendly and reception was very attentive Will definitely return later this month

Not much

The staff were VERY, VERY RUDE,, they didn't know i spoke thai and my wife is Thai, they were speaking very rudely about all the guests, and we overheard them doing so we went over to them and said we will tell their boss, and they crapped them self's, it seemed like it happened all the time. The worst breakfast, everything was cold, stayed for 2 nights and both breakfasts were cold eg; eggs, ham, sausages, and some of the Thai food. The juice was cordial .

The staff are friendly and provide excellent service.The location is great — quiet and convenient, just a 10-minute walk to Pattaya Beach.The room is clean and comes with standard amenities.

Understand the resort have a lot of tree so there are many mosquitoes too. So for family which have kids prepare some spray or something to protect. :)

It had a lovely pool and we were in a bungalow which was nice. But of a long walk to breakfast if you have trouble walking and to the shops and restaurants. Although they did food at the hotel until 6pm which they did not inform us about.Staff were lovely and breakfast was good.

The pool is the centre piece of the Hotel , Absolutely brilliant in the huge lagoon size pool.I have stayed here 7 times before between 2006 and 2014 Always very good. This time I was very pleased to see that the Hotel had updated throughout and the Bungalows were all new . Very nice indeed The front staff are the friendliest and most helpful you will come across in Pattaya The property is excellently maintained and clean Location is good , A bit of a walk to the end of the Soi but then you have access to 10 baht baht buses going either way . Plenty of restaurants ATM Currency 7 elvens etc or use the baht bus and you have all of beach road to walking street at your disposal

The room towels are due to be replaced Somewhat thin now . Pool towels are fine I have raised before , I think an 8 seat electric golf cart style buggy could be utilise by the Hotel . Have a phone set up at the end of Soi with a direct link to the baggage staff sat at the front If just 1 person 50 baht 2 people 30 baht each and 3 or more 20 baht Just ring and the cart comes down and gets you . Or as you are going out the cart is at the front and you use . The cost is little to Guests to use and introducing this service with a pricing the Hotel would not lose money Very helpful especially on those hot days and it would be used a lot I suspect

Breakfast good choices.Pool long and plenty of sun beds with cover. Ten minute walk to beach.

No elevators. There are too many steps. We stayed on the third floor. On average, twelve trips. Six up and six down.

Renovated room was excellent, but a long way from entrance.Breakfast always good.

Long way to walk up the road and then main road to shops, restaurants, bars etc. Tiring especially in the heat.Loma Hotel (same hotel group, but now demolished), had an electric shuttle to/from the hotel, free of charge ; I used to tip the driver. Please get a similar shuttle.

All went well. Stayed before at this resort. Very quiet near Terminal 21, but easy to get int Pattaya South with the Baht bus nearby. The swimming pool is very good and now has slides for children.

Very helpful and friendly staff, the beds are super comfortable with nice air conditioning and well presented rooms, plus outside just tops it all of with the beautiful pool areas, Definitely good value for me coming here, a big thank you to baitong for finding my bag and getting it delivered to me via taxi. After forgetting a few items outside the hotel in a taxi the staff helped me retrieve my lost items very quickly, I am forever thankful for there professional care and assistance

Gardeners we're fantastic and very nice to talk with Manager helped us when someone stole money my daughter dropped outside her door.Police came and Russians gave the money back, total ,£360 stolen

We have stayed before but far too many ignorant Russians who simply take your beds even if your in the pool or go for food.If they were not there then it would be a lovely place.Germans we're fantastic
