Nova Park Hotel Pattaya

The location and size of the rooms.

The exercise room had too much equipment in it.

The pool area looks very nice! (But being close to the beach, doubt it gets any use)

The interior decorations were nice, but the structure of the hotel was clearly outdated. Walls dirty, floors cracked, etc. Not terrible, but I expected more for my money.

location, size of the rooms, friendly staff. very clean and the front desk is extremely efficient to arrange for transport, tickets and everything.

The rooms are very spacious. It's very clean. The location is quiet but close to everything. The 7/11 and mini C around the corner is a great convenience. The food is just a call away.

Wish the toilets were a bit bigger and there was working table/ chair

This is my 2nd stay here and I will definitely be back. It has everything you need and the location is very hand too. It's not right in the heart of Pattaya which I prefer but less than a 5 minute bike ride away from wherever you need to get to. Would highly recommend.

while it was a spacious room their were some less desirable traits we had brown water only hot water in one of the bathrooms and was a bit far from the beach but getting there isn’t too bad and was rather close to a nice market and 7-11 was a 2 minute walk

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable....big rooms, comfortable seating and a wonderfully sized bed

Dirty rooms not been able to sleep due to loud music coming threw windows staff rude not helping the customer

They need to solve shower issues...

No hot water in shower. Shower not working properly. No water force in shower

The Room was fine and the pool was fine too. The only negative was that it was too close the party area so it was loud music all night. My wife and I went to relax, we had to sleep with ear plugs every night. It is my own fault I didn't even think about that when booking. If we had of been going for the night life we wouldn't have care. But still my fault.

Big spacious room, not occupied swing pool and sun beds. Very comfortable big bed. Good location. Nice view from the room.

Smell in the room disgusting, room very dark, mirror hang on the height impossible to check yourself, bathroom not very clean, no warm water in the shower and the pressure was poor. Just dripping water. I had huge cockroach in the room(!) Water in the swimming pool too cold to use it. Gym equipment mostly out of order

There is a Thai nightclub across the road that blasts music from midnight till 6am so you need earplugs to sleep

Location of the hotel since it's in walking distances of the night life areas.

The pictures didn't fit to the actual state of the room. The floor boards where in a poor and even damaged state.All in all the hotel is very run down, the equipment (e.g. TV) is very old and could use an overhaul. For breakfast you have to walk to another hotel (Nova Suites).

Room and staff were good

Very loud music every night till 5 am impossible to get good sleep shower very poor

Was charged for ‘broken’ glass in the suite apartment. Mai at the front desk was inflexible and would not refund me my deposit.

Rooms are big for the money you pay, microwave and big fridge in the kitchen area which is nice ! Lobby is nice

We really didn’t enjoy our stay here ! If your a couple of family or a solo women or group of women I wouldn’t stay here its more like a bachelor hotel! Hotel rooms could be a lot cleaner, shower isn’t good it goes either too hot that you can’t bare or freezing cold constantly no matter what way you turn the shower handle.. there is so much noise at night until about 5/6 in the morning I didn’t get hardly any sleep, the pool is always in the shade also! we stayed two nights and that was enough ! My husband needed an extra pillow so I went to reception to ask on the first night and they said I couldn’t have it because the laundry staff had gone home and to come back in the morning, the following morning I went down and and they said I could only have the pillow if I paid 50 baht.. the air con wasn’t good either and it broke down at half 12 at night and we had to call reception but they sent up someone straight away to fix it and within half an hour it was fixed so can’t really complain about staff

Big spacious rooms. Breakfast was excellent (although a short walk to another building).
