Ibis Pattaya Hotel

Location was brilliant for terminal 21 and tiffanys

The plug on the sink leaked so hand basin didn't hold water when plug in place. Bit awkward if having a wet shave.

Ibis has been my go to hotel every time I holiday in Pattaya. It has gotten to the point that I am recognized by the staff as I come to stay. Great location and customer service.

A little far from the beach but still excellent

I always stay at the Ibis when I am in Pattaya. I have stayed there so often that the staff remembers me. It is my go to place as service, location and logistics are always what I expect.

I like the front desk area the check-in went smoothly. The room was clean and the towels were clean the room had a nice view

The location wasn¿t very good wasn¿t that close to the beach in the part of town where you walked up to the road wasn¿t the nicest area

Location is great, accessible to the beach, mall, restaurants.. compared to the price you are staying in a very good location. Staffs are friendly and very helpful, ice coffee was great... and good price..

At first the A/C in my room was so warm but as soon as i informed the staff, they acted immediately and finally they changed us to a new room.

Location is good

The room has only 1 electricity socket. So we stay two person cannot charge our phone and power bank enough.

Good size room and lobby. Hotel was on a quiet side road. Short walk from beach road, 7-eleven and terminal21. Staff were helpful. Nice housekeeping staff. Has that feel of an Ibis hotel.

Soundproofing weak so could not sleep on many nights due to shouting, tv being left on all night etc in the rooms next door. If you explore nearby be careful of the pavement on sai song road, as you can easily twist your ankle.

A very comfortable and nice stay for a reasonable price, very close to the beach and other touristic points, you can go walking. Since it’s not next to the street it is also very quiet and private. The rooms are clean and the staff is really friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

The buffer breakfast is not the best, would advice either more options or better flavor.

Noisy at night - any movement next door, loud in the room

- Room size is sufficient for a solo traveler.- Staffs are so kind.- Every single day, 2 bottles of 600ml drink water is served. Also coffee / black tea set is ready in the room.- The pool is sufficient size for exercise even for adults.- Breakfast was 283BT even no reservation.- Convenient location. 1 min walk to Seven-Eleven, 3 min walk to Terminal 21 (shopping mall), 5 min walk to night markets…and more.- It’s quiet even the location is closed to busy area.

- Everything was okay for me, but the is a little bit old. Door knob of my room was a little bit loose.
