Nice pool and the beach is very accessable.

Wifi was a little hit and miss in the rooms

The Staff and other employees were very friendly.They are happy you stayed there.

The whole hotel is not maintained and worn out, the bed is the worst bed I ever had in a hotel, extremely firm

A beautiful pool and a hotel is situated by the promenade. We loved the restaurants nearby. We loved the responsiveness of the stuff and the cleanliness of the hotel (it's really spotless, and they deep clean daily). The view from our room was beautiful and we had a big fridge, a stove, and washer in our room. The washer was so appreciated. We can't wait to come back.

The hotel located on the beachfront.

Many restrictions that you don’t find in other resorts. Besides, it was not easy to communicate with the staffs because they do not speak English. One day,I called the reception many times but no one answered my phone calls.

The hotel could do with an update, the swimming pool is in need of some maintenance such as tile replaced.The location of the hotel is a bit desirable unless you have a car, not much to do in or around this area

The swimming pool, child friendly, kids had all things to keep them busy.

The rooms have a smell like the walls are damp, indicating a hidden mould or water damage. Mosquitoes too were present.

Don't give garbage bag, but change towel every day. Better don't change towel every day and give garbage bag. Bed mattress very hard.

The hotel would need a good refresh! The size of the hotel and its amenities are good but its need a good maintenance (swimming pool, restaurant, kids club, rooms are big but looks old) . We really appreciated how the atmosphere is relaxed with a very kind staff. Kids can go on a trampoline or ride like bikes while you are having food…very convenient for families

I have never seen a hotel in my lifetime who can't provide drinking water at request. On 2nd day of my stay morning I called room service requesting drinking water for which the staff replied drinking water will be provided only once in a day during room cleaning, that will be around 12pm. So I was forced to buy drinking water from their restaurant. Horrible experience!! Towels provided by them were in a very poor condition, ripped, torn and threads hanging. Not worth for money at all. I have booked for 2 nights but after experiencing the bad amenities in this hotel, I vacated the room 1 day before. Would not recommend for anyone!!

We enjoyed the atmosphere and the pool. Friendly staff even tho their english level was poor. We loved the balcony view over the pool and sea and the seats.

Location was far from any activity, but its good if you look for a quiet retreat. No beach, outside the hotel where the beach was supposed to be there are very bad smells.

Breakfast is good

Rooms are old and dirty. Receptionist yelled at us and Showed grampy face when we check in especially the trainee young lady receptionist.
