The staff were very nice and friendly and left nothing to be desired. I think this is a great place and would stay there again.

The location is not great, but if you have transportation or use cabs its ok. The WI-FI was not very good, perhaps it is better in other rooms.

The rooms were really nice and had a kitchen and nice beds and toilet. Its a very nice and cozy hotel, the pool was really nice.

The gym was good but hadn't been used in quite a long time, and it was very dusty and had no ac which did not make it the best but for the price its definitely good.

The person who sat at the counter in the morning, I'm not sure she's a staff or owner but she's rude. I sent a message to the hotel that i will leave at 1 pm and if there's a late fee i will pay. The hotel replied "Acknowledged" but asked me to check out forcefully at 12 pm. I told her about the 1 pm check out but she said like she doesn't care & doesn't know, told me to check my booking, said I'm supposed to leave at 10 but she let me do a late check-out. If she's gonna drive me out at 12, then why said "acknowledged" when i sent them the message? If they can do only 12 pm checkout then tell me sooner so i can prepare. It was horrible. I had a hangover on the check-out day, so imagine the feeling. The hotel should communicate well to the customers. This shouldn't happen.

We really enjoyed our stay here, hotel is clean and well attended. Lots of restaurants and shopping within a ten minute walk. Pool isn't huge but still big enough to enjoy, it's regularly cleaned. Breakfast is brought to the room, it's basic and there's a small menu, it was enough for us. Would definitely return.

A good place to live with family because of its location; quiet and peaceful. Beach is also not far. Comfortable stay and good breakfast (For Muslims - Halal breakfast is also available with a proper Halal tag)

Poor wifi, noisy room, no hot water until asked several times. No porter service so literally you carry your own stuffs.

The location wasn’t that good but still manageable with grab/bolt. The AC’s also seemed to be breaking quite easily.

No Breakfast was provided. Dining out was not the problem as there are many restaurants around and nearby. Due to the New Year, it was difficult to get a taxi, or tuk-tuk in Pattaya city, so we needed to walk a long journey from the hotel to the beach and shopping area. However, we find two motorcycles to Walking Street with two kids, quite fun.
